They close at 7:30 pm and I understand that — but I got there at 7:26 and waited 4 minutes until finally someone said we are closed sorry. I don’t usually write reviews but hopefully Management can address these issues - so they don’t lose more customers in the future.
This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to! All of the employees are ALWAYS super nice and friendly!! The drinks are consistently on point and I always leave here with a smiling face! :)
10 out of 10 visit at my local Starbucks today. Everyone was so friendly and the store manager Vanessa was wonderful! It’s the best part of my day and I always look forward to it!
Just love waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes only to find out THEY WHERE NOT ACTUALLY OPEN (this was at 10:30 on a weekday.) Everyone in line thought they where taking orders until one by one finally realized nobody was answering and then drove off so everyone in line still assumed they where open. At least put a freaking sign on the drive through saying NOT OPEN! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. Not ok!!
Love the fact that they are listed as open til 10pm. But the person is inside and closes a full 25mins early. I could be wrong about the close time but it is still unprofessional and also is not the first time I've had this happen. I will not be returning and I will not recommend anyone goes to this starbucks.
Following directions seems to be extremely difficult for this place. Why are you asking me 7 questions at the register or drive through about my order, so that you can PRINT out my specifications (that are placed on the cup) Only to inevitably give me what I DID NOT request then act like Im at fault... $17 an hour huh???

Made my morning. Helped me pick a drink out really fast and the barista was so positive and happy that I couldn't do anything but be positive myself. He was working around 645 this morning 9/8/16. Thank you! I will be returning!
Always a great experience when I come here! The staff is always friendly & welcoming and my drink is always made right. I will definitely be back & prefer this store over others in my area.
