Coffee was good. They just got the order wrong, and we had to ask for extra milk so we could dilute the double shot error, and the service person wasn't very friendly.
Great place! They didn't like the look of my husband's drink so they remade it for him at no charge! They felt bad and he never complained in the first place so they came out of their way while we were dining in to make him happy. Excellent service ladies!!!
The Partners are always smiling and are very welcoming. The manager always seems to have them hyped and ready to go with fun things for the partners. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit!!
Went to the drive through at 9:30am and no one answered. After a few minutes I tried to go inside and the door was locked. Knocked on the door and could see at least 4 people inside and no one answered. When I called I was informed they don’t open until 10am… what Starbucks opens at 10am, with no signs posted on drive through or the door or doesn’t at least come to the door when someone is obviously wondering what is going on? Also said they were open on google. At least 5 other cars did exactly the same thing.
Terrible experience and I have worked for Starbucks and I understand the expectations. No wonder why the drive thru was empty on a Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Just plain Rude!!!
Mornings are hard enough, but add in a commute and heavy traffic and they can be unbearable. This location is the perfect “pick me up” for those frustrating mornings. Their quality is the most consistent of any location I have visited, but what makes them stand out the most is their staff. They go above and beyond with their friendliness and their efficiencies, even on busy mornings.
Got two drinks from there today and they were both bitter with no flavor! Almost like the coffee was old! Ended up getting them remade at the Hodges and they still didn’t taste good!
I don't live in the area but really wanted my Grande Starbucks doubleshot. Drive thru was moving fast and the drink was OUTSTANDING!!! None of that compared to the AMAZING PEOPLE who work at this location... They made me feel like I've known them for years rather than 30 seconds. On that note whoever is running this location keep up the great work. You guys really made my day😁
I have had the worst experience at this location for the 3rd time and this morning just topped it off. I placed my order in the drive-thru was very specific about my order, I order the same drink almost every morning. I stated venti as ALWAYS they gave me small or whatever. Then they poured my cold brew in a venti cup NO ICE, I was going to keep going however, I just could not enjoy my coffee like this. I decided to go inside and the staff still got the order wrong AGAIN and I was VERY SPECIFIC 😡 then a young lady behind the counter that was not even making my drink stuck her big nose in the situation stating “MA’AM YOU HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC”. 1st of all, I don’t know how much more specific I had to be, STARBUCKS makes the recipe all I did was added 3-items. It got so bad the manager had to send her to back and repeatedly apologized. Afterwards, the tall guy decided to take chime in and add his two cent and he got sent to the back. The manager Courtney handled the situation VERY GREAT! She was professional and took control or the situation. (FINALLY MAKING MY DRINK CORRECTLY) Those employees need to be reprimanded and trained. I am not going back to that location even though it’s only 5min from my job. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE… smh 🤦🏾♀️
Comfortable spot with a friendly staff. Order was made promptly and tasted great. The store tends to be crowded in the afternoons with students using the wifi and ample power outlets to study on their laptops/notebooks, but otherwise a pleasant visit. Will be stopping here again in the future.
