I told her what I wanted, but she sold me something else. I told her I wanted my crème steamed, but she told me it was something else. I don't know. All I asked for was for my crème to be steamed.
Undoubtedly the worst Starbucks in the Kansas City area! Slow service, lobby closed during football season. Drive through wait time 10 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me...smh.
Extremely slow. Im literally standing waiting for my mobile order while person after person are getting their drinks first. One person asked me what order I was waiting on, I gave him my name and he said I was next, still no drink. Thats been over the 12 minutes the app predicted. Its been closer to 15 minutes. Dont come here if in a rush or expecting to get your drinks first on time! Wont happen. Smh.
OMG THE TEAM AT THIS LOCATION ARE AWESOME. If you go in one time they remember you by name. The customer service, and the professionalism from the staff and also from the manager Frank is unmatched. Came in here a few days ago and I always hate coming to this location. The baristas Samantha and Kai are clearly not good under pressure/busy times as they were rude. I see Starbucks replying saying they will be happy to re make a drink but this is not true at all, the second you need your drink remade they come over with an attitude. No sorry, just “go to the register to get in line” crazy you have to re wait in line to have your drink remade right? Also, there was what I assume is a corporate partner in the building and the second she left the building the 2 baristas started to talk crap about her where I could clearly hear them in the lobby. Super unprofessional. this location has always sucked.

Good luck getting anyone to help you. I waited 12min before anyone said anything to me and there was only 1 customer inside and 1 in the driveway. They were rude and seemed lazy not wanting to do their job.
I love the 40 highway staff! They always provide outstanding customer service. I love the store as well, it's very convenient. Four stars on the food only because some my favorite menu options are often discontinued and are sometimes seasonal. All in all one of the best SB locations in Kansas City! Thanks for everything you all do!

10/10 experience. Would recommend to anybody who hasn't tried. I had an amazing encounter on my way through, customer service was top tier from one of the employees "Ace" never been so excited to come back and order from this Starbucks. Best in town.
