Super ease stop while you're on the road from I-70. Super clean location and quick. The staff is always there ready to take your order. Also, a quick stop before the chiefs game to warm up. Do not I repeat do not park in front of the Starbucks door!! It gets busy in a hurry, and you can get stuck, not able to pull out, and there is nothing the people in line can do because it's funneled in. That's the downfall about the location is the ability to not park and get out quickly. Park over at the t-mobile when you see it's busy so you can get out.
Extremely long wait, it’s been over 3 times I’ve waited longer then 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. There barista working the bar, super sweet but very slowwww, I seen her drop 5 cups, laugh then stop and talk to her coworkers about it, I mean it was funny the first time but after 3rd, can we move on. She would would make 1 drink then stop and chitchat while we’ve all been waiting for 10 plus minutes.
this was literally the worst experience I think I’ve ever had in any business. That employees were too busy talking themselves about their weekend about what was going on in their life and literally sat there and I had three or four people look over at me and just ignore me and then finally when I did take my order I waited and waited and waited. They didn’t call my name and never asked my name and then finally, I go up and I’m there’s multiple copies up there to ask which one is mine. She did not know because they didn’t ask my name and I had ordered a banana bread. They didn’t even start it like they asked me if I needed to heat it up and I literally had to go and be like hey is my banana nut bread ready and it’s almost like they just could care less so I personally will never frequent this place ever again absolute worst experience in my life and the crazy thing is is I rarely leave reviews? I will leave a review for an amazing service and/or terrible.
We consider this Starbucks the last resort. They do a decent job but compared to the Starbucks at blue ridge crossing, this place usually has less flavor. More watery and icy. But clean area and fast service.
$8 for a large caramel ribbon crunch, asked for extra caramel and extra crunch and received a watered down milky drink, no caramel, barely any crunch and zero coffee.. literally tasted like 2% milk... absolutely ridiculous

UPDATE: This location has really improved!! I have been very satisfied with the staff and customer service. I have been coming to Starbucks for years. I order the exact same coffee everyday thst the staff told me how to order so that i get a great cup of coffee. However this morning I got the NEW manager. She was condescending and would not acknowledge anything I was saying just kept saying she's the new manager. She told me if I don't show her respect I could not come back. So I said goodbye she told me not to ever come back. Yes I was not happy and yes I gave her attitude. Horrible that a loyal customer that orders the exact same thing every morning was treated so terribly. As a manager myself I go out of my way for customers and not come off in a way that is upsetting to customers. Sad day for Starbucks hiring thos lady
The baristas were friendly and helpful during our roadtrip visit through town. We went from a quick potty trip and drink refresher to sheltering inside from a tornado warning! The staff were incredibly positive and accommodating to my family during the crazy weather, even when we accidentally had a spill. Thanks so much! A+!
Nicest people, fast service, and my drink was made perfectly even with all my add ons and picky standards.
I just don’t understand why it moves sooooo slow here. Every car takes 5-10 minutes to get their drinks I just don’t get it? We’re literally stuck in the line with no way to get out and the staff has no urgency and makes no apologies when they have us STUCK for 20 minutes-25 minutes!!!
