I never go to Starbucks, but needed to kill some time downtown. It was cold so I got hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. They gave me hot chocolate. It was fine. Friendly service. No complaints, but I didn't ask for or expect much.
Beautiful new Starbucks at 1301 Main in the heart of downtown Kansas City with great food and amazing service. Mallory is so fun and takes great care of customers.

Racist manager and staff. I came in at 8:30am and was the only person in line. A white manager and all 3 servers were free, but none would greet me or take my order. After waiting nicely for several minutes without help, I just took out my phone and ordered thru the app. Then a few white customers came in. They were immediately greeted, and their orders were taken care of promptly. I finally got my order after those customers. I stood back in line to request some milk for my coffee. Again the manager and servers were all free, looked at me, but were clearly bothered that I asked. The manager finally gave me a small serving and a dirty look. I will not be supporting this location again.

This Starbucks experience sucked…literally. It was already cold from the snow. I go in and request a medicine ball with 2 pumps of peppermint and 4 honey with a blueberry strudel muffin. The muffin was hard a bricks, so I called and spoke with Christina who stated she would replace it. Okay..I hang up go to take a nice little swig of my medicine ball and all these tea remnants are along my tongue. I open my cup and there are all these floating tea remnants. I go to call Starbucks back not once but 4xs; no answer. Lesson for the day check all items before departing the worst $8.92 spent for breakfast
Christina and the team at this Starbucks are always very attentive and welcoming. I work downtown and frequent this Starbucks almost daily and it's always great to walk into a space where I'm welcome and my coffee order is ready! They are all friendly and efficient! One of my favorite Starbucks!
I am a regular at this location, and every single time I come in I am greeted with incredible customer service from both Christina and Oz, as well as the rest of the staff at this Starbucks. My drink is always perfect, and I never have to wait very long to get it. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best Starbucks in KC hands down!!
I have been to multiple Starbucks. This location by far is one of the best. The staff went above and beyond and was extremely kind and friendly. Not only was the Coffee Great, the atmosphere was wonderful. I recommend stopping in for a coffee any chance you get. Plus its just right around the corner from the T-Mobile center and Power and light.
