It might be post FIFA burn out but the staff seemed a bit lethargic today. I've been in many times and this was a first. The courtyard where outdoor seating is was COMPLETELY trashed and tables were filthy with no outside trash cans in sight. It was not busy at all.again,it was the Sunday after fanfest being over so I certainly take that into consideration. We'll return soon.
I am a somewhat regular customer and I always request a glass of water with my coffee. When I asked today, I was informed that there was a sign on the front counter saying they were too busy to give water. What a shoddy business practice! They were not too busy to try to sell me a bottle of water. There were five people ahead of me when I got there and it took quite a long time for them to be waited on. And when I canceled my order there was a long line behind me. There were many baristas and only one at the cash register. She was pleasant, but did not seem competent as I watched her work with the customers ahead of me. I will give her credit for probably being new, but this Shows really poor business management if they’re cutting services rather than adding one of the other baristas to the cash register at least intermittently to have two moving through the line quickly. Sad, because it’s such a nice location, But there’s no excuse for their rude policy on water or for incompetently staffing the registers.
This location has the worst Customer Service ever. I got dark roast coffee from different Starbucks and it was a very bad quality. It was in fresh so I went to this place to change it. The Manager told me they will not be able to change it because it’s not from their location, worst manager, worst Starbucks, location, worst service ever I highly don’t recommend….
Entered the door and was immediately greeted by the staff. Cashier was polite and friendly and the baristas were also friendly! Coffee and refresher were delicious!

Love waiting 30 minutes for a cold brew. Maybe the cashier could stop pushing through orders while the girl making drinks is clearly struggling.
Staff was GREAT. They were super friendly and very helpful. I had no idea what to order (I don't come here often). They then worked with me through what I should order.
