Good drinks were made quickly, and the staff was friendly.
The employees here are always very nice to me. Rarely is this store out of anything. Always helpful wanna courteous with customers! And me stinks are perfect!
Horrible customer service, attitude from each staff member I encountered. They didn't like that their policy is that if it's not right they'll fix it, considering they messed up every drink in the order. Absolutely miserable experience here and exactly why I'll just stick with making my own or going to Dunkin!
Food and latte were hot and came out as I ordered them, not messed up
The baristas at this location know what they are doing! They make sure to get your order correct! I suggest creating a mobile order so you customize it to your likings. I stopped going to Starbucks but this location got me back hooked on Starbucks! This morning my two cups said Thank you and had smiley faces and the barista almost forgot the cookie crumbles on top but double checked the sticker tag on the drink before handing it over and added the cookie crumbles! Great attention to detail! I was delighted I didnt have to ask and she noticed. This is the best location in KC because the baristas care and are top tier at their job! I definitely see why they are so busy in the mornings!!
Overpriced coffee that’s really good and kids that work there act like they’re too good most times.
New location seems to still be working out the kinks. Slow service in the drive thru, but tasty beverages.

It was ok, I mean for the price could have been better. Loved the atmosphere. Because it was my first time. Didn't feel it was timely, and never heard my name called. Had to just keep checking names on cups
Took 30 min in the drive thru. There weren't many cars in line or parked so I didn't think it would take long. Honestly won't go back to this location especially because I rarely buy Starbucks anyways
