The staff are very cordial and knownwhat they are doing.
So I ordered from the app and did not tip. I usually tip after receiving my order and you can see why. They didn't give me a full drink. It looks like someone drank a quarter of it already. I'm not encouraged to tip when I don't get a full drink in the first place.

Every single time I am at this Starbucks they are SLOW. if you are in a hurry do not come here. Even if you have a few extra minutes don’t come. Even without a line you will be waiting over 15 minutes. Today I placed my order ahead through the app for just one coffee. Showed up 5 minutes after it said it would be ready and continued to wait over 5 minutes just to put cold foam on. The workers are always kind but they do not know how to manage their time and go in any order that makes sense to them. They do not seem to care if a customer has to wait or not.
This location has definitely gotten better as far as accuracy, customer service, and speed. Only gave 4 stars because was forced to buy Starbucks straws when they didn't have long ones for my Venti.
They were so rude I asked for light ice and they gave me less to drink, my child gets light ice all the time so they decided to be funny. I spend a lot of money here we're the one's who is keeping them employed. 1930 Diamond Pkwy, North Kansas City, MO 64116
I love starbucks, but this location, in particular, is always pretty busy, and the drinks honestly don't come out well. I wouldn't recommend this location.
The service is always good. The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is good. The place is clean. I loved their bacon breakfast sandwiche.
