This Starbucks the staff seemed uninterested. Most Starbucks have vibrant excited staff. I had a few hours of work to knock out and stopped in to get it done. It was a cold day out side the first thing I noticed was they have cold air blowing full force in the lobby above the tables. After sitting for a few minutes I opened the app and ordered my coffee. The store was not busy no one in the lobby and no one in drive through 3 employees and it took 35 minutes to pour the coffee. The gentle man working kept going in the back with one of the female staff. The coffee was standard Starbucks coffee. I also received several stairs and dirty looks while sitting and working. Over all not a welcoming experience.
Very friendly people here. We went through the drive-thru and everything was perfect. I got at iced caramel crisp frappuccino and my friend got just regular iced coffee. Both tasted amazing.

I received room temperature coffee yesterday at the drive up around 630pm. It's been lukewarm in the past but I pulled off and let it go, but there was no excuse for this. Better to close this location if you can't find workers with more integrity than this.
I wanted to get an ice water and they refused my business because they said that I didn’t order anything that cost and waters were only for paying customers. This is very disheartening! This is a silly policy. I used to go to Starbucks quite a bit but I guess I’m gonna pass from now on. All over a water?
I've tried at least 4 starbucks for the keto pink drink. This one is the best. 2nd place is off I-35 and Armour.
This location is hit or miss. They don’t always follow directions with your drink and it takes excessively long to get through the drive thru. If you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to go back to have your order fixed, this is not the best location to chance it at.
They make great drinks sometimes, depends who the barista is working, the super tall person always makes the best drinks. I avoid the drive thru at all cost, always seems to mess up our orders.
Slow most days today can’t order ahead people have to go to work not wait on you guys to move as slow as you all do there’s no effort to move faster so why would I come in and order for a longer wait
Pretty standard visit. I don't live in the area and google maps is a little wonky on the directions, but the place its self is good. Drive thru staff was friendly.
