Ordered two drinks. Both were correct and taste was great. Staff was friendly and fast. Store was clean and well lit. Drive thru seemed popular.
"Mango dragon fruit lemonade". Looks like water and tastes like it too. Expensive drinks like this shouldn't be leaving the drive thru window. I was understanding that they were out of dragon fruit pieces, I'm not understanding of being handed literal water.
The Jalapeno Chicken Pocket was good !
So as I was walking in to get my drink the workers were pretty much making fun of my name. Yes, it's definitely not a common name but super unprofessional. Sure am glad we are allowed to retract the tip in the app. I also pay extra for cookie crumble in my drink and the incompetent employee put chocolate shavings on it. So happy this isn't my normal location although I'd save on tips if it was!
I want to start by saying, the baristas at this location, are always very nice and efficient. My drinks always taste good, and they’re relatively quick in the morning so it’s not too inconvenient for me to stop in on the way to work. My major complaint is that my Venti drink is never full. My drink order costs $7. And all reality, that is insane, but I choose to pay it because I like the taste of Starbucks coffee better than when I make coffee at home. But of the last four times I’ve ordered, three times my drink has looked low. The ice is higher than my beverage. is this normal? I can’t help but feel that I’m just not getting the right bang for my buck in this situation.
Friendly staff and always have a good experience! I ventured out and tried a new drink, thought it was way too sweet for my taste and the Starbucks employee was very encouraging to exchange it for something I did like. Thank you!
Have your workers pay closer attention to the door dash and Uber eats orders. You guys are getting shredded on their reviews for just sending whatever you feel like sending on people's orders.
Im so happy with this location I tried a different location before this one and they got mad that im deaf and wrote everything down and needed them to do so as well but this location i went in typed my order they input it and then I waited for mh order and I typed out my name so that if I went to pick up an item kn the counter I'd know it was mine and then I got my pumpkin spice and bagel and left. This location was great compared to the one I went previously who got super irritated and refused to take my order.
Not very friendly. Waited to get my drink 24 mins and they weren't even busy of course when you talk to staff they act like they can't hear you... then I didn't know my drink was ready my name wasn't even called and it was hidden were I cant see it... and having 3 people behind the counter with bathrooms dirty
I'm from Pennsylvania, but stopped in here to work for a few hours while passing through Kansas City and Worlds of Fun. This is quite literally the friendliest Starbucks I've ever visited. The food and coffee were your typical Starbucks fare, but the staff really made my day :)
