I did a mobile order and it took twenty minutes to get my entire order. In their defense, they were very busy and behind. After waiting, I was told they were out of something I ordered. Let's just say I didn't enjoy the replacement item either. They were flustered from rush. You could hear the girls talking about the one whose shift was over and it was not nice. Last time I was here, they got 2/3 things wrong, will find a new Starbucks.
Council your staff behind closed doors, and don't jump ahead to fast... they forgot half of my order, it was a drink and egg whites. After i walked in a wave of people came. A few others got their order then I had to remind them they forgot my egg whites. They quickly made them but the point is, don't multitask if you can't
For an online order and no visible line, the wait was a bit long. I got a frappe and it was one of those mediocre Starbucks visits that lead you to forget your drink in the fridge for an anticlimactic surprise two days later, not the kind of visit that makes your day.
I have been to many many Starbucks all over the country. Texas, Illinois, California to Florida. Although all were very nice in thier own respect, this particular establishment was a very pleasant experience. I went through the drive thru and everyone from the person who took my order to the people at the window. All of which were extremely nice. The best part of the experience was the personalized note on my morning sandwich bag. Just wishing me a good day and even wrote my name. A small thing but definitely made the difference in me having a good start to a Saturday. Thank you very much.
I love coming to this location. I work less than a mile away so I visit almost daily. My order is always right, and the baristas are so welcoming. I wish other locations in Jax would take notes from this team. They're doing it right!
I was in there yesterday and again today. The members there are great and they are really kind and friendly. I asked the manager about the best way to go about using my rewards as I had been saving them for a while. He informed me that I can only use them up to 400 points at a time or up to $19.99 in merchandise. He gave me a number to call in the even that I wanted to reach out and get more information, which I did. Great guy, really helpful and has the right amount of care for the store and customers. I have no complaints with the Atlantic store. I hope it stays open for years to come. I do have a problem with Starbucks Rewards though. I get that there's a way to redeem rewards and there's a cap on what you can purchase, but did you know that you have to buy something 19.99 or under? Most things are 22.95 or whatever and you can't owe a balance. Which is odd. Also, not all stores have merchandise to purchase. So you may be in an area that doesn't have anything BUT coffee to purchase. That puts a limit on what you can do with your rewards. When I spoke with the partner through the phone, she informed me that there's no longer a website nor a warehouse. So ordering something you desire is out the window as well. Its a little frustrating that a very large and prosperous company like Starbucks can't or won't provide better options for customers to redeem rewards. Again, the store itself is great and the partners there are fantastic. I am just a little put off by the company in large.
Great location and food. They are a bit slow with the orders but they always apologize.
Overly crowded as usual but always feel like I am drinking more stale coffee rather than fresh. Always feel rushed but that's the norm. I'll go back but not as often as I used to, plus some customers seem more favored. 3 stars of 5.
Seriously amazing service today. I ordered online this morning on the app for the first time, I had 8 mins to be at work, of course they didn’t know that.. I put in my order at 8:24a, walked in at 8:25a and walked out with my order at 8:26a. Absolutely phenomenal service today Starbucks, it’s always great but today my expectations were totally exceeded and I made it to work on time. Thanks guys!!!
Horrible customer service, lady made me a drink and it was disgusting so I asked for ice tea and received a small drink so when I asked for the difference back for what I paid I was giving a gift card to be on my way. I understand I didn’t like the drink was made but why the attitude like I didn’t matter. Please have better customer service for a paid customer and I come here every morning for a drink and the girls there a very nice except for one older lady she is very nasty. She told the other girl to make my drink and she went in the back with an attitude. I will never return to this location.
