I ordered 2 drinks & 2 sandwiches, one of the sandwiches, they were out of, so I got a different one that was less expensive and no one offered me a refund for the difference. It may not have been a whole lot of money, but it's the principal. I was not my fault that they let me order it when they were out, I get that mistakes happen, but correct them, don't ignore it. The sandwiches are already way over priced for how small they are, so even paying the regular price is overpaying, but I really overpaid because they did not refund the difference.
I always enjoy my coffee, and service is always great. I dropped one star for this location due to their inefficient mobile order pick-up process. I usually spend more time waiting for a mobile order I entered 15 minutes before arriving. While it never bothers me during their busy hours, obviously that would be understandable, it does bother me when I get there and they aren't busy and yet my order isn't made. :( on a few occasions my order wasn't even started. But like I said, I still enjoy my purchases as the quality isn't impacted. I'd frequent this location more often if it not for this minor thing.
I placed an online order at 1:21 pm, it was 1:45pm and my order wasn’t even ready and the worst part it’s that it’s not the first time that this happens to me in this location, one time I was stuck in the drive thru for 34 min. Not coming here again! This is crazy
The folks working at this Starbucks were so friendly and fast. I felt the man who took my order was an old family friend I haven’t seen in a while. He was genuine and authentic and seemed like he really cared about how my day was going. It’s a little thing really, but authenticity goes a long way for me. Thank you.
This Starbucks is definitely a hit or miss. I came today and my drink had a weird taste. I always get the same thing Vanilla Blonde Latte. I asked the lady did they use a different type of vanilla or something because I know at one time Starbucks had a different type of vanilla which makes the coffee a lot different. The lady just looked at me crazy and said “no”. I’m just like okay whatever because I don’t even have time to make a big deal about it. This is the main reason why I started buying coffee at home and taking a break from Starbucks due to the lack of service from the baristas as well as the attitudes. $7 down the drain in reality.
My drink has been made correctly maybe once out of 100+ times of ordering it. It’s not convoluted either… I ask for extra of one ingredient that already comes with the beverage. I can only remember one time that it was made as I asked for it.
I have not had a bad experience here, and I've visited this place many times (with one small exception of an impatient cashier on one occasion). Besides that one rare occurrence, the baristas and cashiers pride themselves on being cordial and even personable. Even during times when they're busy, the line seems to move along pretty promptly. My wish would be that it were even a bit bigger; with only the one long table in the space, coming here with a group is pretty unreasonable if you aren't sitting outside. But I always look forward to visiting again.

Anyone reading this that Doordash's do not except any orders from this place. Some genius working there thought that making you stand in line with everyone else that is waiting to orders just to get your order is completely nonsense. So, this morning there was alot of people ĺ it was busy they had 8 people in line and I had to wait until I got to the front of the line just to get my doordash order to deliver Glk
Staff is amazing and fast. The shift supervisor Jade was super friendly and accommodating to my coffee order. Other Starbucks I’ve been too usually have an issue with putting dark caramel in my coffee for some reason but never an issue here! I wish I didn’t live across town otherwise this would be my every morning breakfast place! ❤️ Thank you again Jade and her staff for making this trip a pleasurable experience
