Beware ! Worst customer service ever. Staff isn’t friendly . I sat at the drive thru for 7 mins this morning including 3 more cars behind me, before someone came and placed a paper on the window saying the drive thru was closed. No one didn’t come to the window to acknowledge me .
Worst coffee in town and worthless employees that care less about experience and quality. Take your money elsewhere. Perhaps go to a local coffee shop. We have many in Jacksonville.
This particular Starbucks is one of my favorites. The people are nice(only one bad experience). My coffee is always amazing from here. The only thing I will say is that they are BUSY for a good portion of the day, so plan accordingly.
I placed an order on the app and arrived at Starbucks at 8:45 am. They had 5 workers behind the counter working. They were somewhat busy but as I was standing there I was watching the people placing orders at the register and a few of them received their drinks before me? Why do I have to wait longer because I placed my order in advance ? I dont understand that. But nonetheless my drink tasted Amazing and everything was good. Thank you Starbucks for my morning wake up Drink!!
This location had NOTHING AVAILABLE before 7:30am on my birthday so I lost my reward! It was the closest to my residence and my job. Wasn't able to drive around Jacksonville to get my reward!! Just sucks!!!
At times this place is ok, but most times the coffee just does not taste right, it is to milky like no coffee is in it, and the cups lately have been real dirty with coffee marks on them or coffee grinds. In the morning you just want that grate coffee that helps wake you up not another disappointed cup after you pay almost 6bucks for it. wish they would just do a bit better.
First time i come by Starbucks in years at 7:30pm. I roll up to the drive thru and someone calls out "we closed at 5:30 today". Well i won't be back. Wasted my time and gas while getting in and out of this super inconvenient location. Never again.

As a successful business own in the connecting shopping center I know the importance of customer service.upon having a marvelous morning i decided to go to the Starbucks close by and have a drink my 12 year old daughter has been asking me to try from tik tok. Upon arriving I was in good spirits laughing and carrying on with babygirl. Until I got to the register. First the short guy with the bandanna and tattoos instantly didn’t great me as he treated everyone else. Cool no problem Didn’t ask for my name for my order as he did everyone else lol. Ok cool. So he says what will you be having? I say “. Hey I’d like to try this” as I show him my phone and the video directions of a person on tik tok that works for Starbucks making the “hot girl summer” drink. He stares at it with blank stare and smugly says “ I mean do you have the ingredients “ I instantly get silent I ironically had the ingredients on the next screen I show him He types it in Then as I waited patiently Respectfully He brings the drink and says “here you go for you” made no sense but cool Reply Ok thanks where’s the straws? He hands me silently I say thank you again “Silence again” Cool I left Once half way home i realized I didn’t get my warm banana bread i ordered. I turn around drive back and once inside he’s like what can I get for you I say” my banana bread I order He brings a lemon and says was it lemon I look at say… banana nut… warm He does it and hands it to me And again no kinda customer service So I say “i appreciate it” He stays silent So now I’m offended I stop and say again “ I said I appreciate it “ He then say “ o your welcome have a good rest of your day” Moral Hey if you don’t want to make the drink from tik tok just let someone else ring it up lmao .. why be rude? You never know who you are being rude to. I’d never go there again. Messed my whole experience up
I have been in here at different time and very one is so sweet. They can help you order and give ideas, they know what that are doing and they watch for anyone how needs help. They fix whatever comes at them and always have a smile on their face. The manager Jessica or Jessy was so nice to me when there was a problem and fixed it right away. Great place to sit and work and have good coffee.
This is the worst star bucks ever. My daughter went to get a drink and cookie. I paid with a gift card and the balance with a 50 dollar bill. The guy Nate only gave me 14 dollars when my balance was 5 . I went back to him and said I should get 44 dollar he was like you did not give me a 50 . I don’t see it in the register . Then his manager Janna come out and says the same thing basically calling me a liar in a store full of people . Then after looking around the 50 magically appears. Hmm seems shady to me . They are very unprofessional at this location. One star is not deserving .
