This place is ridiculous. The white guy that wears a mask at the window with long brown hair has NO customer service skills at all. He doesn't acknowledge when first pulling up to the window. He had my order wrong. Didn't even know what name my order was. When asked why he didn't acknowledge he just closes the window. To work at these jobs you have to MUILTITASK if that's to hard or you become overwhelmed then THATS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. Not the customers fault. But when I have the most simple order it doesn't take rocket science to hand the cake pop take the payment then get small drink BEFORE taking 5 more orders!
Everytime I come here we wait longer than normal for our drinks. Also it seems that there are staff that don’t necessarily like African American people Constance being one in particular, her demeanor and the way she speaks to people of color. She needs more training or just find a job that doesn’t interact with African American people!!!
Totally understand this location gets busy and I totally get being overwhelmed behind the counter. What I don’t understand or appreciate is one of the baristas getting snappy with an elderly gentleman with hearing aids asking if his name was called. She called out a similar name to his and when he asked, she was beyond rude. She eventually told him, “your coffee will be done when your name is called”. I can see being annoyed with some Karen or an unpleasant customer but this was just someone hard of hearing. She should be able to tell a difference. Customer service is dead

I waited at the drive thru to place my order for 8 minutes. No other cars in line in front of me so I eventually drove off. There were five cars behind me when I left. Hopefully they were able to order. This being a newer location, I would have thought it would run smoother than this.
No drive through at this location but with the service I received inside was well worth getting out if the car. Ordered a Java chip Frappuccino and it was made with love.
This is the best Starbucks!!! My fiance and I drive well out of our way to visit the young blonde lady...We don't know her name but she makes the drinks the best!!!!

I'm sorry this is the sorriest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even when the line is empty, they're taking forever and messing up drink orders. And if you're in a rush forget it, I was stuck in like for about 10 minutes..
Took the egg and cheese sandwich with no meat. But it literally came with meat 2 times. Not recommended at all. We are pure vegetarian and we literally asked for no meat still got the bacon twice. Bad bad bad service
