I LOVE my Starbucks fam here!! When I tell you they are the absolute best they truly are!!! You feel like family walking in everyone always has a smile and no matter how busy they are they will acknowledge your presence 💖 and willing to help even if it’s just grabbing you a cup of ICE, I will always drive out of my way just to come to this Starbucks the whole team is amazing and I love them all 💫thank you for always making my day
didn’t add the extra matcha- this was straight foam. Literally just foamed up milk. What did I pay extra for? And no I’m not gonna be an ass and ask for them to fix it during a rush…
My fault cause I keep coming back hoping they'll somehow become consistent. I get the same drink every time yet I never know what I'm going to get and its only at this location that its a problem. I pay for extra, I expect to get extra and I definitely do not expect to have my drink "ready" but missing one of the extra items that I paid for only to have to flag down an employee just for them to tell me that they're out of what I paid for and thats it. I paid but no refund of what I paid for? No nothing but a "sorry" as you walk off? They're not very friendly, theyre not helpful, and it's definitely not good. But again, it's my fault cause I kept coming back.
Whoever was on drive thru today around 2pm is so rude. Everytime I come and this person is on drive thru they are so dastardly rude and literally have zero social skills. They have this typical service-manner where they act like you're a bumbling idiot for coming into their drive thru and she's SO condescending. I couldn't hear her a couple times and I told her once "sorry hun I couldn't hear you, one more time?" and she straight up didn't say anything for like 5-10 seconds then got back on the speaker and just said "nevermind" with the rudest tone. I literally just drove off. This location typically hires people who are super sweet and polite but whoever has been on drive thru recently is literally so obnoxiously asocial that I don't even go anymore.
Everyone on staff here has ruined my experience since the new location. Today was the last straw when they completely made my drink incorrectly. It had a foreign substance in my cup, and completely spiked my blood sugar by not doing sugar-free as requested I had to throw my drink away and go somewhere else, what a waste of a beautiful location to have such horrible incompetent staff who hate their job last time my drink was incorrect , they gave me a huge attitude. I will never come to this location ever again outside of being sick. I’m also down money again from another bad order again I don’t trust them to remake my food or beverages. I used to spending upwards of $400 a month here time to start buying my Starbucks from the grocery store and using my French press.
I don't understand how this is the only starbucks I can go to where I can order the same drink over and over and it tastes different every time. Ive stopped ordering a Carmel Macchiato at this location only because it never tastes like they add the vanilla syrup. I started ordering a customized iced espresso, I save my oder and reorder it so its the same. After only getting this same drink twice i ordered it again today and once again I got it and not only does it tastes different it was in a different size cup after i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Maybe the last two times someone used the wrong size cup but regardless some retraining needs to happen at this location because customers deserve consistency. Very disappointed in this new location.
When they first opened they had issues (not enough staff, confusing hours, etc) but I've been coming back for months now and the drive thru is like a well oiled machine. I'm in and out with never a problem with my order. I truly appreciate it and just want to say, Keep up the great work!
Constance is the absolute best! I swear every time I go in and she sees me, this lady knows exactly what I want. Awesome personality, amazing customer service and just always has the best disposition. I honestly think she went to Harvard of customer service / retail. 10 out of 10 Forever will return.
Hands down the worst Starbucks that I have ever been too and I go to one everyday it's every single time I go. I own a business close to this so that's why I go back, but I just had to leave today because I was sitting there for over 5 mins and still hadn't even ordered. Why is the owner not taking care of this, its not just a bad day, its literally constant for months
Prices are too high now, and some of the newer locations are kind of bare bones compared to the past. But I consistently receive the exact same taste I order, so a win overall. I like walking in and sitting a few minutes, but drive thru is definitely the priority.
