Easy to maneuver thru ap. Very self explanatory. And if there are questions there is always a message bar to click on for help. Tracks miles and expenses all in one. To top it off. Stride gives you your tax refund estate.
Outstanding service. Ever since the Obamacare hit, all insurance companies have turned into a bureaucratic nightmare. It wasn't uncommon for me to be on hold for 1 hour plus with what was once an awesome company. And with that hold, I'd talk with several people who had no idea what prompts I was to use or who the right person was to talk to. They spoke as if they did, but in reality, it led me to the wrong person. These guys, Stride Health, total opposite. I wasn't on hold for very long and they went beyond what I expected. They focus on customer service.
I learned about Stride through a tech article. A health care recommendation engine was an idea I thought was totally necessary. I went through the process, chose a plan, and didn’t even have to interact with Kaiser… you did that for me. There was an issue buying my insurance because the market was closed, but you helped me write an affidavit to Kaiser and it got figured out. It was really easy.
I was directed to Stride Health by Uber, when I decided to make Uber my full time job and was needing to purchase my own health insurance for the first time. I was nervous and had many questions but an associate named Megan from Stride Health made the whole experience easy to understand and was so patient with me as she walked me through the process. Thank you to Megan and Stride Health for making my new and exciting life possible!!
I didn’t know the first thing about health insurance. I had been on my parent’s plan forever, and Stride’s customer service helped me out big time. I had some billing issues which you [Stride] helped straighten out… I wouldn’t have been able to get the health care I wanted without Stride’s help, and that’s just being honest.

I used Stride to buy insurance for me and my family after coming off a COBRA plan. The application helped me figure out the best plan for us by asking about our medical usage and letting us look up our doctors. Very easy and effective. I would use them again.
Customer service agent, Josh, was very professional and went beyond what I had expected to explain everything and to help his client. He was never in a rush to skip over any important information and informed me of more things I had not known to have been important. He also did he best to be find the plan that was the most affordable in relations to my yearly earning and, most importantly, to the actual amount of health I needed. So I would not over pay for things I do not need based on my age and healthy history record. Give him a promotion 🏆
Wow - what an incredible improvement over the regular marketplace website. Stride's website did a FANTASTIC job of taking my specific doctors and prescriptions and then showing me the REAL WORLD cost for each plan in my exact scenario. In the past I've spent days cross-referencing plans trying to find the best overall solution. Their solution-based site took me from signing up as a new user to confirming my plan in less than an hour! It directed me to a great plan with the lowest total out-of-pocket costs. When I had a question about a discrepancy, Subha at customer service answered the phone within a minute, and less than 10 minutes later had the proper documentation to confirm my coverage in my inbox. *THIS* is how customer service is supposed to be. Thank you Stride Health!
For once shopping for health insurance was fun! I'm not kidding, comparing the plans and looking at a real-time calculation of what each procedure would cost on two different plans was awesome. A streamlined, intuitive website and a lighthearted tone made the experience that much better. I needed health insurance by end of this month and was dragging my feet because I thought it would be a nightmare, but this was ridiculously easy.
