Stride Health

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the equivalent of asking some random person on the street to make a hotel reservation for you on Trivago/Tripadviser etc. You are reaching out to someone and giving them all of your information so they can go onto another 3rd party site like health care market place which then helps you find health insurance. THIS IS A 4th party that uses a 3rd party to sign you up for your insurance. You have to go back to them to change anything with your own insurance. literally you have TWO middlemen (groups) between you and your health insurance. Just go directly to the insurance group you want and skip Stride. It took my husband and I over 4 hours to fix the mess stride got us into, they even lied on some of the application they filled out. ITS NOT WORTH IT!

I had an excellent experience with Stride. Astrid was able to walk me through pretty complex health requirements (pregnant wife, hospital preferences, pediatrician requirement, etc.) two years in a row. Can't say enough great things about how helpful Stride was.

The user experience was light years beyond Covered California's as far as visibility, comparison shopping, and the application itself. I recently left my software job and needed to find a health plan, and went to Stride. Having worked as a health benefits counselor in the past, I've spent a lot of time helping people compare plans, and this tool is definitely the best I've seen. Well done guys!

The Stride website is super easy to navigate, and I felt like I was getting the best possible deal that I could never have figured out on my own. I attribute that to Astrid’s help (customer service) – her help combined with a good, easy to use website was key, especially when dealing with health care. In a world where there are SO MANY mediocre services, Stride operates with the utmost integrity and is a true gem.

Previously, 2 weeks ago, I had written a negative review on Stride Health. I have deleted that review because my understanding of the issues that caused the problem were because of the insurer, not Stride Health. All delays were because of the insurer not informing us and Stride Health that a needed form was unreadable during transmission. That being said it is doubtful I could have resolved this issue in a timely and successful manner without the effective direct intervention of Stride Health on behalf of my wife and myself. This current review is to thank the Stride Health team that literally spent hours trying to get my wife healthcare coverage. The team kept us informed, gave us updates, and gave us confidence that they truly cared about our situation. Because of their direct intervention at the highest levels they were able to resolve the problem and my wife had coverage immediately. Again I cannot emphasize enough that a consumer acting alone against the insurer would probably not have been successful in obtaining coverage. Stride Heath's team is your advocate when things go wrong when obtaining healthcare insurance. Because of their system the vast majority of people will know a seamless easy unworried process. In our case we needed a voice to help speak to a monolith faceless insurer, and Stride Health did that for us successfully and we are grateful beyond words. Stride Health are good people on your side.

Stride has made my experience finding new health insurance for 2017 so much easier. They took so much stress out of figuring this process out on my own, off my chest. Had an incredible experience with Stride in securing health insurance. After postponing for so long, it was done in minutes – tapping a few on their mobile app – and was at that time not even intending to! It was that easy, efficient and fast for me! Beyond that, the follow up phone and email contact with Stride could not be more prompt and accommodating. Now I’ve also a far better chance of surviving a major emergency.

Can't say enough good things about Stride Health and the experience I have had with them. As a self employed individual the Healthcare Marketplace can be daunting, but Stride made the whole process extremely simple. Not only did they find me a great health plan at an affordable cost but they have been very responsive to questions and are more than willing to provide additional assistance when necessary (Special shout out to Ms. Subha on that one!!). I highly recommend them! As I proofread this I feel like it sounds somewhat "made up", but please rest assure I have no personal interest in this, my experience really was that good. Thanks.

Stride Health was recommended to me by a friend. The customer service is honestly the best I have ever experienced. Sayre and Astrid have been on top of my case from the very beginning and have helped me find the right healthcare plan to fit all my medical needs. My first time attempting to sort out healthcare.gov left me wondering what my best plan would be. Fortunately I found Stride Health, where I could verify coverage for our current doctors and see estimated costs for medications under each plan option. I signed up for my plan through Stride and everything has gone smoothly. I'm impressed.
