Stride is great! Stride made navigating the weird world of insurance plans understandable and easy. I tried using other websites and market places, and Stride was definitely the most user-friendly. I felt like I understood all the plans I was interested in, and I felt like I actually knew what was happening with my insurance plans. I had a horrible experience with this company. They gave me a policy without coverage for medication. And then limited coverage for everything else and I pay a high monthly fee. And the customer service is horrific. . They made the insurance sound great, but when I actually looked into it, I was already signed up So do not trust them horrible horrible company. Note that they are not accredited and there is no accountability

Stride Health did not provide my income verification to Healthcare.gov before the deadline even though I provided it a week early. I lost my eligibility for my subsidy for a month. They are saying it is my fault. Now I am out more than $600 due to their error. I will not use them again.
