Stride Health, I waited so long, you don't have to be like me ! Finally one of my best decisions ever. Why ? I met Melissa who who help me with so many questions I had, she was patient, guided me with practical knowledge, efficiency, and providing me with options I didn't know I had ! - Make the right move: choose Stride Health ! If there were TEN stars, I'd gladly give them to Stride Health! Both Megan and Astride are super nice, super efficient, knowledgeable....they simply ROCK. I was very pleased with Stride when they were able to switch my old plan to a better one that fit my lifestyle. They were very helpful in finding the best plans that were available for me and did excellent follow up to ensure the plan chosen was the best fit.
After a very tough initial stage - dealing w/ the government's red tape circus, my health insurance premium is finally evened out. I was charged a large amount for a month when I shouldn't have been. I went thru quite a bit of 'back and forth' w/ Stride on how to deal w/ this. They got my appeal all filled out and handled for me, and even reimbursed me for the month I was overcharged while the government is still twiddling their thumbs and saying they might approve my appeal (sometime in the coming months). Anyway, very happy w/ Stride. Esp one of their leads, Astrid, who's a very nice woman - turned an ugly situation awesome.
So I was STRUGGLING with my insurance application to the point that I was gonna skip out on it because I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. The guy I got on the phone from Stride was amazing. He literally stayed on the phone with me until my application went through correctly. [It was a L O N G time because I messed it up couple of times] but he walked me through not only strides website process, but through Health.gov's. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand. I thought for sure he'd get sick of me and end the call but he was SO friendly and he wanted to make sure I made the deadline for getting my health care. He literally went above and beyond my expectations. I'm so bad with names, but he knows who he is! Please give him something, because that was amazing! Thank you again!!
Easy, seamless, user friendly! 10/10 would recommend! I was stressed about the thought of looking for insurance, from being pushed by sales people or the high costs. After going uninsured and hearing horror stories of high emergency room costs, I decided it was time. I found piece of mind through stride.
Jordan was the most informative person I have talked to in my crazy journey of finding health insurance! She was incredibly helpful and took a lot of time to answer my question. She went out of her way to help me and give me advice. After phone calls to other health care websites and healthcare.gov I was so happy to finally find someone who was informed!
Each time I have had any contact with Stride Health, I have been more than satisfied. I was terrified to do all of this stuff. But, with Stride, honestly, I feel more at ease with so many things in my life. This was one thing I no longer needed to worry about. I thought it would take forever and I put it off, only to find out 15 minutes later, I have health insurance for the first time in over 5 years.
Stride made the difference! I went through Marketplace myself and found out this year I would have been paying hundreds for health insurance, which I couldn’t have done. Thankfully I found Stride and that made all the difference! Stride was able to save me hundreds of dollars, not only that, I was able to upgrade my plan to include vision and dental while keeping the price well within my budget. Going from the thought of not being able to pay for insurance to upgrading the same plan while making it so much cheaper. I most definitely recommend Stride to anyone and everyone looking for the best health insurance at the cheapest rate.
It's tough to understand the health insurance marketplace! Then I found Stride. If only other companies handled health insurance so well! Only negative would be being on hold. However I set a call-back and it overshadowed being on hold as I connected with a live person.
