I had an awesome experience with Stride Health, and highly recommend it. There was a slight snafoo with the insurance plan I selected, but the Stride Health customer service team went above and beyond to get things sorted out. I'm now happily insured — thanks Stride Health!

Health insurance is typically complicated and after going to college and having my first few jobs, then getting married health insurance seemed even more complicated. What is a deductible, why do I care? What happens if I break my leg, is that covered? Will I get charged for an emergency visit? When I first discovered Stride, I approached with caution as all my previous experiences with health insurance seemed to go sour. However, I was pleasantly surprised. With a few button clicks Stride explained all the things about Health Insurance that I didn't understand. They made health insurance accessible for me, which I hadn't experienced before. Health insurance for me had kind of been like going to a dentist - when you have a fear of that - but Stride definitely made it a comfortable environment for me, despite negative past experiences. When it came to selecting an insurance plan, their website was really great at explaining everything I needed to know. In fact, there was a section where I could figure out how much be prescriptions would cost, and how much it would cost me if I broke my leg - I didn't even know it was possible to find those things out! Every step of the way the Stride Health team held my hand and helped me make informed decisions about health coverage. The best example I can give is how awesome Stride is, is that helped me even after I'd selected my plan with them. I had fractured my wrist and they helped me with understanding what I would be billed for and what was covered. Kaiser had actually messed up my start date and when I contacted Stride they worked with Kaiser to rectify the situation. Anything I needed, they were completely there for me even when my provider was not. If you're looking for individual, company, or family coverage I highly suggest checking out their website! I've recommended them to all my friends and will continue to do so.

I had a great experience with Stride Health! I will be turning 26 in a couple of weeks and I had no idea where to start when it came to choosing a health plan. Stride Health made the process simple. Member Experience Associate Subha provided me with excellent customer service! She was friendly, patient, and worked hard to get me the information I needed. I was impressed by her work ethic. I was desperate to get insurance on my last day of eligibility after quitting my job and had no idea about all the government restrictions and nuisances. I'd been on the phone with many support people from other companies and had gotten really frustrated, but Megan from Stride was really nice and VERY helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and now I know what to do. Thank you so much, you guys have won a new customer for a long time.

We used Stride's services this year and were very pleased. They made the process very easy, and found the best insurance available for us. When we had questions we were able to communicate directly with them, and get definitive answers. They put everything in place smoothly and efficiently. Stride did it all right. Now if only the insurance company could do the same!

The site was easy to navigate and I’m happy that I’m not uninsured. I found health, dental, and vision insurance for under $150 a month for all 3. My min was $100 and max was $150 so I came out with a perfect at $99 for health insurance but adding the other 2, under my max was and is amazing. I would’ve run out of patience on other sites. Stride made this easy for me to understand fun surprisingly and fast. My current healthcare providers were easy to find, I was able to see right away if my doctors were in network with a plan. Every detail of each plan was broken down easily so that I could understand what I was purchasing and what the stipulations were. I am currently telling everyone that is self-employees like myself about this site. No one should be uninsured at this price.

I signed up yesterday with Stride Health, for medical and dental insurance, and it was a pleasant experience! The application was easy to understand, minimal questions, and all calculations taken care of in less than 30 minutes! I appreciate the choice in payment options and the quick response time in sending emails to keep me informed of the application's progress. I'm very happy with the decision to join Stride Health!

I don't have anything set up with Stride yet as I have health insurance elsewhere but they are phenomenal. They respond to emails in a timely fashion. One of the customer service reps called me back the next day after I left a voicemail and I could feel the kindness & sincerity in her voice. They made me feel special and welcomed among them and nowadays, that's hard to find. They've got my business & support until death do it's part. I have no complaints and it'll be a cold day in hell before I even think of one.

Stride was super helpful when I needed to get health insurance, recommending exactly what I was looking for. Their support has continued to be a valuable resource too, answering all my questions regarding my plan. I had actually tried to sign up for a plan using Anthem's own website, and after waiting weeks I realized it didn't work. When I signed up through Stride, though, I definitely felt much more reassured knowing that they had my back.
