Jared was awesome. I came in looking to buy something and Jared got me a few pairs to try on because of my slightly narrow feet, to try and get the right fit. He even measured my foot to make sure of my shoe size and recommend what size I should get because I was in between sizes. At the end I still wasn't able to get the perfect fit. Jared even offered me a drink before I left. Will definitely come back again. Great customer service and helpful, friendly staff

I was at the Fort Worth store on Sunday, December 8th. I went with my boss, to look at boots for him. We had a great experience. Everyone there is very helpful. It was busy, but the store was adequately staffed to help everyone in there. A gentleman named Mo cleaned and conditioned my boots for me while I was in there. He did a wonderful job and my boots look amazing. My boss had a great first visit to Tecovas, and was very pleased with the service he received while choosing his boots. Thank you.

This was the best store I have ever walked into, their customer service is unmatched and puts other stores to shame. Ariana helped me pick a leather bag and wallet and helped me customize them. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. She deserves a promotion and a raise. When I come back to the store I only want to work with her.

I shopped at the Fort Worth Tecovas last week for 5 Boot options after conducting online research. Evraim Zaky assisted me, and he was awesome. He has a Great attitude, is knowledgeable, and gave me his honest opinion of each Boot I tried on. Evraim made my Boot buying experience easy and timely.

Hands down, this is the best Tecovas I have been to! The team is amazing, helpful, and personable! Ryan the Manager is pretty amazing as well, great folks.

Recently purchased my first pair and my husband’s first pair of Tecovas from this location on a busy Saturday! The staff member that helped us was extremely polite, great with our kids, and helped us try on several styles and sizes to find the perfect fit! It was a very busy day in the store and she handled the crowd perfectly! Definitely recommend stopping here for a pair of boots!

I honestly didn’t even know how to feel about my experience at Tecova. I visited the store in Plano, TX, and right from the start, it was a bit off. I waited around for 20 minutes while others were promptly greeted and helped. When I finally approached someone for assistance, I felt like I was an afterthought. Then, while trying on boots, the representative brought out the wrong pair and mentioned she’d have to "hunt down" the right ones because someone had boxed them incorrectly. While it was inconvenient, I didn’t think much of it — mistakes happen. But things didn’t improve from there. At checkout, just as I was about to pay, the representative stopped me and said, “Wait, I’m about to sell you the wrong boots,” and went to the back to grab the “correct” pair. Fast forward to us getting to our hotel, far from the store. My husband, feeling uneasy, checked the boots and discovered, once again, they were the wrong pair in the box. We had one boot from one style and one from another — not even the same color! I immediately called the store and explained what happened. Their response? “We can gladly exchange them for you if you come by.” When I explained we were visiting and far from the store, the representative put me on hold. After 30 minutes, she returned and suggested the solution was for me to drive to the closest store for an exchange. While I understand human error and don’t blame the representatives for the mistakes, after all the inconvenience, I would have hoped to at least speak to a manager to voice my concerns. It’s clear there’s a lack of attention to detail when it comes to boxing merchandise, but I wasn’t given the time of day. Now, I’m left with the frustrating task of driving five hours to the nearest Tecova. Thankfully, our experience at the Stockyards location was a completely different story. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. After explaining what had happened, the representative brought the manager over to listen to our concerns. She helped us get fitted again, double-checked the boots to ensure we wouldn’t leave with the wrong ones this time, and even offered us a discount for our troubles. What really surprised me was when I thanked her for the discount — especially since it wasn’t her fault and her store would be taking the hit for it — she responded, “Oh, that doesn’t matter. We are all Tecova, and we hope we’ve changed your mind about us.” After this, I feel like maybe we just had a bad initial experience, but now we’ll definitely be returning for many more pairs. If Corporate reads this: The manager at the Ft. Worth Stockyards and their team need raise. THANK YOU! ❤️

Best footwear buying experience I’ve had by far! Super friendly staff, complimentary drinks, comfortable boots. Definitely going back for another pair soon!

I visited the Tecovas store in the Stockyards in Fort Worth, TX, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employees were incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They were judgmental and showed favoritism toward other male customers, even making sexist comments. This was especially frustrating because I’ve had great experiences at the Tecovas store in OKC, which is why I chose to shop there in the first place. What made it worse was that while other customers were offered drinks and given exceptional service, my guest and I were completely ignored. We didn’t receive any attention or assistance, which led to my guest feeling discouraged from purchasing boots—something she had intended to do when we walked in. It was disheartening to say the least, and I will not be returning to the Fort Worth location. I will stick to shopping at the OKC store, where I've had wonderful service in the past. Sadly, I cannot recommend the Fort Worth location based on this experience.
