One of their best stores. Although it was busy, Nathan went above and beyond to help us and really spoil us. Ryan (manager) was very kind and helped us talk through sizing, being very honest throughout the process. Can't wait to come back and buy another pair!
Ariana made my first boot buying experience absolutely phenomenal!!! She was kind, patient, thoughtful, & very knowledgeable about every pair of boots I tried on. She even did the BEST branding I could’ve asked for! I am obsessed with my new pair of boots & will definitely be back soon for more. Could not recommend this Tecovas location & their people enough!
I visited the store from the UK, whilst on holiday with my wife, and Jordan not only looked after us but really rolled out the red carpet and made our visit fun. After buying another pair of their awesome boots, he spent some time cleaning the Tecovas boots I’d worn that day with me leaving the store with a new pair and my current pair I was wearing, looking like new too. He def went above and beyond and compared to our previous visit to the store a year ago, Jordan (and any other staff we spoke with this time), were so warm and welcoming and helpful, it really made our buying experience fantastic.
My first experience with Tecovas. The store was nice, and my salesman was helpful. The pair I bought seem as well made as any other brand I wear. Hey, and the taco shop next door is a great wat to celebrate your purchase.
Great experience at this store with Julian. I came not knowing much about boots and came out knowing a ton more. I was able to try on as many as I wanted which helped tremendously in achieving the right fit. Julian was patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend stopping here for your next pair. Props for Julian for helping me in my boot finding journey.
Ariana was so hopeful in our boot buying process! Our group tried on multiple different sizes in at least 6 different styles and she branded them for us. She was super helpful and extremely kind and we could not be more grateful for the awesome experience!
This was my first experience buying boots and first time in a Tecovas. The boots and store was nice but as a younger black male, the customer service didn’t feel the same for me as I seen with the customers being served prior to me. I still bought boots but the service I received was very transactional and dry. Disappointing to be honest.
Went in to get my old Tecovas shined up and had James he did a fantastic job and was a great conversation!
What an experience coming in here for just a pair of boots. The smell, the service, the friendly and welcome staff! All aspects to this visit was great despite not finding the boots I wanted. I was able to find a great belt that I love.
