Tecovas

Stopped by after walking the stockyards. Was greeted by a young lady who was so kind and helpful. We ended up buying my son a wallet since they offer branding. Im giving 4 stars since the experience in buying was great but the branding was a different story. We waited since there was a line about 3 ppl infront of us. The man helped some lady get her son some boots and line jumped us after we’d been waiting for about 15 minutes. I understand we only purchased a wallet but it’s not cool to skip everyone else. I would say there is certain employees who cater to a certain type of people but I wish I would have remembered the young ladies name who helped us cuz it was packed and she was so patient and sweet with us.

Johnathan was amazing. He made our shopping experience absolutely wonderful. My fiancé bought boots, and because it was Father’s Day weekend, he got a free belt. That was only one of the store's perks. We also had drinks while shopping and deciding on what to buy with some cute koozies that we also got to keep. We will most definitely be back.

I wish google gave the option to do a review for the location and staff separately because if it were for the location alone it would be a 1-star rating but one particular staff member deserves al of the recognition and 5+ stars. This was my first pair of boots from Tecovas and had it not been for Jasmine, my experience would have been awful. I was not greeted upon entering the store and was honestly a little overwhelmed and lost as I did not know exactly what I wanted or where to start, but I really wanted a pair of boots. I was so relieved when Jasmine came to my rescue! No really, her customer service was a breath of fresh air and made my experience and visit worth it. She was the only team member that truly helped me out. She offered me a drink and complete rundown on styling, which was very helpful. Not only did she provide help when she saw no one else had helped me yet, but she went out of her way to bring out many boots for me to truly help me find my style. Would have never known so many boot colors were available had she not been there to take her time and really help me find a style that made me look and feel good. She is a great asset to the team and overall Tecovas brand and experience. Had she not been there to save the day the experience would have been dull, overwhelming and almost intimidating. I would have been lost in my boot journey without her. She is the only reason that I am giving this location a higher rating. Ask for Jasmine next time you visit it, she will really take her time with you and make your experience worth it.

We visited the Tecovas store in Fort Worth today. I originally planned to buy another brand, but since I already own a pair of Tecovas that are incredibly comfortable, I thought I’d give them another try. After trying on a few pairs (while enjoying a cold Shiner!), I found the perfect boots — they fit like a glove and are as comfortable as slippers. Patrick, the sales associate, gave us outstanding service and really took the time to help me find the right pair. I even got my initials branded on the boots, which was a great touch! Even though my wife and I are visiting from Germany, we felt completely welcome here. Patrick’s excellent service convinced my wife to buy a pair too — even though she hadn’t planned on it at all. We can highly recommend this store! If we’re ever back in Fort Worth, we’ll definitely visit again. - JD

It was packed because of the Cotton Bowl 2025. Excellent customer service, boot selection is awesome - ostrich, caman, eel, even work boots. Very pricey, and I don't have anyone to describe their durability. But, I'd be willing to get a pair for Texas formal events.

Both employees that helped us were super nice! Huge selection of boots, small but great selection of clothing. I found 3 sale price shirts, which I was super excited about! The employees are super knowledgeable on the boots, and helpful! You can also get a drink while you shop. Dogs are welcome!

Had a wonderful experience at Tecovas yesterday. The service was amazing. A special shout-out to Jose, who polished both my husband’s boots and mine. He was professional, kind, and made us feel truly welcome.

Loveeee my boots, but they need to work on their customer service here. The guy who helped me pick out my boots and helped check me out was great, super friendly and attentive. But the people behind the branding side were not customer friendly nor attentive at all. It was my first time purchasing here and I understand it can be frustrating when it gets busy but you should always try to be attentive of your guests. The girl I gave my boots to didn’t even bother to greet me she just asked “are you wanting to brand” even though I had just greeted her. Just came off as rude, she also almost gave me the wrong pair of boots that belonged to another guest because she seemed to be rushing out on her shift and then the people after her let me wait for more than 30/40 minutes for my boots to be done branding because of the lack of communication within themselves. My boots had been sitting there for some time but there was no note on them like the other boots so I couldn’t tell if they were mine or not but also none of them bother to say to any of us that two pair of boots were already finished they were just left on the counter and by this time the rush had died down already.. No one was communicating correctly which is why we waited way past the 15/20 minutes we were initially told. Just wished I had a little better experience as far as the customer service I was really exited about buying at this store for my first time.

This review is based on the customer service I received from Logan. I’ll update it in a year once I’ve had time to test the quality of the boots. Logan was outstanding. knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to as we went through several options. Great dude!
