We really appreciated the great customer service at the Fort Worth Tecovas today! Our first time ever in Tecovas and we left with 3 pairs. We were helped by one associate the majority of the time but other workers checked on us while we were waiting. Even though the store was extremely busy when we got there they were very attentive! Highly recommended stopping by!
Huge shoutout to James at this Tecovas location!! I needed my red boots shined up and cleaned and he got me done just right. They looked beautiful. He was nice, funny , respectful and could keep a conversation going! Knowledgeable about the products on boots such as the oils, conditioners etc AND he talked baseball with my man. We will be back!

Visited the store from Arizona for my girlfriends birthday! We got her some new boots and I got mine and hers branded. All the staff was incredible and very friendly. James helped us and we couldn't have had a better person to help. He was patient and provided the best customer service as well as some good recommendations on our visit to the Stockyards. The customer service at Tecovas feeds my brand loyalty!
🚨 CAUTION BEFORE ENTERING TECOVAS 🚨 We walked into Tecovas on March 30 bright and early just to get our boots branded… simple errand, right? WRONG. The two ladies helping us were too good at their jobs. Like suspiciously good. While our boots were getting branded, we made the mistake of “just looking around.” Next thing I know, I’m emotionally attached to a blue jean jacket I absolutely did NOT need (and yes… I already have one at home collecting dust). But when she said it was one of her staples?? I folded immediately. And here’s the worst part… she was right 😭 I have worn that jacket SO many times since. It’s literally the perfect fit for me, and I’ve even been wearing it to church on Sundays. So now not only do I have a new jacket that I LOVEEEEE!!! I have a new personality trait apparently. Meanwhile, my husband is over there getting a full belt education, not only did he leave with a new belt and buckle, but now he knows how to switch them out like a pro. Character development. Moral of the story: proceed with caution. You might walk in for one thing and leave with a whole new personality. All jokes aside, the customer service was genuinely incredible. We’ve had our fair share of interesting experiences in the Stockyards, but this one? 10/10. My husband has not stopped talking about it to anyone who will listen. We will absolutely be back! We have littles to get boots for! 😆
Great experience buying a pair of boots for my birthday here yesterday. John was great and the customer services all around was incredible. Love my new pair and I wish the store was open back when I bought my first one online. Definitely worth it for the value and will be wearing this one for a long time.

Evrian at Tecovas was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When our size wasn’t available, Evrian didn’t hesitate to call another Tecovas location to track it down and make it happen. Huge shoutout as well to the store manager, who was just as helpful and made the whole experience seamless and genuinely enjoyable. This is what great customer service looks like — attentive, proactive, and truly caring. Five stars, no question. We’ll absolutely be back because of this team.
Have been a day 1 fan of this brand from their very early days. Great boots, great service. Always enjoy popping in the store to check things out and their wonderful hospitality & customer service. If you don’t want to spend an arm & a leg to get quality boots that wear well, this is your one & only stop.
If you’re in need of boots this is the place to go. The hospitality from the staff is top notch, they make sure you’re well taken care of. Shout out to Dakota and all the other ladies there that day for making our experience a great one.
