Went in today as a new customer and won't be back. I walked in and stood around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me, and no one did. The workers kept walking right past me as if I wasn't worth their time. I was really surprised at the lack of customer service here. I took my business elsewhere.
Walk into Ft. Worth store and Logan met me instantly. Shortly after I was sipping some great Garrison Brothers whiskey while shopping. He sold me what I was looking for, cleaned up my boots and made a few recommendations. AMAZING service. I WILL be back! Thanks Logan.
Hubby and I had such a great experience at this store! All staff was super friendly and helpful, shoutout to miss Contreras who helped us since we were so indecisive! Went in for a Mother’s Day gift and hubby ended up getting something for him too!
Dave was a really great help. Well informed, kind and patient as I was trying on and eventually buying my first pair of boots! Eventually the midlands were for me and he got a sale! Would definitely recommend folks to come on by to this store!!
I went to Tecovas for my first time to buy a pair of boots when I proposed to my girlfriend. After being blown away by the quality of that first pair, I went back to buy a special pair for my wedding day. The salesman ND there could not have been more helpful and made it a really fun experience picking out my second pair of Tecovas. I felt like I was shopping with an old friend and he was very patient and made sure I had the perfect pair. Definitely an added bonus getting to drink a beer while shopping too. All around from customer service to boot quality, Tecovas is head and shoulders the best, and I will be back for my next pair. Ask for ND if you need some help, he will get you looking your best!
Unfortunately, there were limited sizes available. The gentleman who assisted us didn't seem very eager to help, and there was a lack of initiative in offering options from other models, both for myself and my husband. As a result, we ended up purchasing from another store. That said, the boots were absolutely gorgeous and incredibly soft. Had my size been available, I would have definitely bought them.
Emily assisted me; she was kind and very attentive. I only wear Tecovas not just because of quality but because of the experience. Thank yall so much.

Love! Ariana helped so much. We had such a blast trying boots. They also have complimentary drinks. I got the Annie’s - so comfortable and cute! Love that the boots are direct to consumer and the staff are all experts on the products. Even if you aren’t into the western look- there is something for everyone!
Just bought my second pair of Tecovas from this location, picked up a pair of Wyatt’s in ostrich last fall, grabbed a matching belt while I was at it. Got a wallet for my birthday, then picked up a pair of Jason’s just recently as a work/daily boot. I’ve bought many pairs of boots, been in more boot stores than I can count; Tecovas are a cut above, and the buying experience is unmatched.
