I purchased a lot of goods. Even using the cart to help me carry everything I bought in the car is not an option. I had twenty-three things to carry. The new self-checkout system is incredibly cumbersome. After scanning your item, none of the cashiers assist you with bagging it. I was required to do everything. They could’ve at least help you bag your things. For a thrift store. This place is expensive
This place used to be really good on prices. Now they are getting way to greedy. Prices are just as much as it is for new. Seen pants shoes that was from Walmart asking maybe $1 less than it is at store for new. I think $21.99 for some use blue jeans is outrageous. Come on just like ever other thrift shop getting to greedy and price gouge in the customer for used items. Call it what you want, but you and other thrift stores getting this all for free. I understand how pay your employees but I know they're not making a whole lot there for you to be asking just as much for use items as it is for new. Extremely disappointed in this place I used to enjoy going here for good deals and good prices now I'm out of the shop at Walmart Target or even online it's been just as much maybe a dollar or two more.
Employees rude and scammed. I went there for the first time with some friends. When I was checking out, I used my moms card so I don’t get the update for transactions. i scanned my card and it did say “payment approved” but just because the reciept didn’t print out the lady was trying to make me scan again. I called my mom to make sure money was taken off and she confirmed with a screenshot. The lady still proceeded to call for another lady about the situation and you’d think she would come asking what the situation was but instead she asked “so what are you waiting for?”. For description she is a bigger taller Black woman. I honestly could not believe that, idk if she felt as if she could speak to me that way just because I am a teen girl but that was absolutely unprofessional especially with the tone of saying. I then responded with “waiting for what?” In a confused tone and she replied with “to scan” and I said “but the transaction went through, I have proof” and she tried to size me up saying “well if the reciept didn’t print out then it DIDN’T go through” my friends were with me and one of them just didn’t feel like dealing with them so they just scanned their card for me so we can leave. So basically they stole more money from us and were very rude about it, I honestly wanted to cry because why was I getting sized up instead of being heard out on my situation. I kept such a calm tone, I to work in customer service so I was so caught off guard with how disrespectful they were.
Love the way everything is organized and self check out with several registers.
A decent place to find second-hand clothes, kitchen items, toys, books, sporting supplies, general household items, jewelry, and other useful things. The store is over 50% clothing. Prices seem reasonable.
Love this place. I wanted to specifically shout out Serena. I found a dress I loved but was unable to get it that day. I came back the next day and was struggling to find it again. Serena went way out of her way to search for it and found it!
Great deal and great service
So bad no clothes it’s so bad they have so many bad things and are way to expensive for a thrift store
I typically enjoy this store the prices are reasonable and I find some cool vintage things every once in a while. Some of the workers smile at you or say hi occasionally. I hate that they do not sale items that are not priced. If it isn't priced why is on the floor? This is upsetting because someone who went through the effort to find this thing they wanted to be told they cant sell it to you even when the same price was for other things similar is mind boggling. All the comics I got where 1 dollar every last one of them. I looked through all the comics there too all $1. If Texas thrift is that bent over a 1 dollar purchase they have issues. It may be silly to get upset over but I spent time searching through tons of comics and books to find the thing I wanted and get denied. It left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth. PLEASE MAKE SURE ITEMS ARE PRICED BEFORE THEY ARE PUT OUT ON THE FLOOR!!!
Very busy on a Saturday. Something I felt some things were significantly over priced.
