Security women at this store has no training on her job position. She kick my son and I out before 9pm to be specific 8:46pm I was told I need to complete my shopping now because they need to close but closing is was at 9:00pm. She did not only harass me but a lady with her children. Lady was follow by this same security around the store. Is this what goes on in this type of stores. The manager did not even do nothing to correct her employee .

I go at least once a week make sure you look for the colors on the tags means discounted prices on some of them . This is my go to before I go to the malls . Clean and good quality items . Only thing I don’t like is that they recently stop allowing you to return or exchange items . So whatever you get you stuck with.

I love the finds and bargains. However, the cashier (Erica) today was not very nice or helpful. Her nonchalant attitude made me choose to go elsewhere and pay retail price. Are we really just employing people to say we have staff in 2023? No customer service skills at all

We went the day after new years, so everything was half off, there was a lot of people and I didn't even know about the deal until a worker told us about thirty minutes into our trip. It had clothes on the ground and numerous broken hangers, the workers were slightly irritable, stuff was expensive for no reason, a pair of jeans was thirty dollars. You could get new jeans for that price. We got two big bags of stuff for 75 dollars and I'm happy with what I got but I wouldn't recommend this place to someone.

The store has a lot of items to look through, but it’s massively crowded and the checkout lines are ridiculous. Instead of having self-checkouts where only two associates have to run lane to lane to scan items for each person, maybe just have a cashier checkout lane.

A lot of stuff. Their prices are very high, considering they receive ALL THEIR STOCK from donations which is FREE! The last 4 times I've been at the store, the line to check out is ridiculous, all 4 times I just couldn't wait as long as it was going to take me to check out, and who knows why? They definitely need more cashiers and the ones they have need to have their heads in the game, not looking around at other shoppers and commenting on what is being purchased. The cashiers are as slow as Christmas. Very disappointing to spend all the time shopping and then to have to leave the items because there are 12 people in front of you to check out. I honestly tried it 3 more times but, Nope. I won't go back. They need to understand customer needs more, like installing a dressing room, LOWERING their prices and have a cashier at every cash register, that is eagerly and accurately moving the check out line, along. TAKES TOO LONG TO CHECK OUT.

Pretty good prices and selection. However the “self-checkout” is A MESS. They have you walk up to a checkout station where the worker just stands there to scan your items, wont bag items or take the hangers from you. Then the workers are opening/closing ones depending on cash/card. Long lines due to the checkout chaos.

The new self checkouts are completely useless when you have to have an employee scan all of your stuff and then YOU have to bag it yourself. There isn’t even enough employees to help you so you still end up waiting in line even though they have at least 6 new machines. The employees scan the item and then just throw it on top of the plastic bags, like you’re already scanning it, and I’m holding other items, so can you not just put it in the bag??? This is so awkward and takes way longer. Please find a better system.
