Had such a great experience buying this home! The sales, construction, and design studio team were really great and above-and-beyond helpful. I love my new house and would absolutely buy another Thrive home!

Unethical and greedy practices by this business. Be prepared to be surprised by several thousand $ in additional hidden charges at last moment when you show up for contract review. Be prepared for salesperson to turn hostile and disrespectful when you question why these weren't disclosed before. Leadership lacks trace of accountability and will condone malicious and retaliatory actions by their employees. Please be aware, • Thrive senior management does not respond back to your concerns. • The person who responds would be same person you are complaining to top management about. They will throw the clause below at you after several weeks of clear communication and agreements in email. This clause basically says that , Please don't trust anything our employees commit to. Refer to justification from Sales Director (Ms. Elitia Schwaderer ) for incompetence and 'bait and switch' tactics. " Neither this Agreement nor any modification to this Agreement shall be binding on Seller unless and until executed by an Authorized Officer of the Seller. Agreements and understandings reached either verbally or in writing with employees or sales representatives of Seller are not binding upon Seller unless approved in writing by Seller’s Authorized Officer.“

Wow! We are officially waiting for our new Thrive home and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. As first time home buyers, Jessica and Lauren made the process so enjoyable and easy. Doesn’t get any better! 😄

Words cannot express right now how utterly frustrated and disappointed I am in our builder, New Town. We were supposed to close on our house today, after living in a hotel for nearly 3 months. Unfortunately, New Town has chosen to simply not care - they don't care about building a quality home; they don't care about the fact that my family has been displaced; they don't care that both my husband and I work full time and have taken so much time off of work to QC their work that we virtually have no leave left; they don't care that we've worked our behinds off to afford building a new home, and scrimped and saved to even get this far; they don't care that we're trying to build a better life for our daughter; they don't care to follow through with their commitments and promises; they don't care that my husband has been so stressed during this process that he's no longer able to sleep at night. If anyone out there is thinking about building with New Town, I strongly caution you against it. We've been deceived and lied to, when all we've ever asked for is the truth and for New Town to take some pride in their work and build our house as if it were their own. I know we aren't the only people who are having (or have had) these issues with New Town, or new construction in general, but when are people going to stop giving up and standing up for what is right? When is it OK for people to accept that "just because you build a more expensive home it doesn't mean it is better construction (actual quote from a New Town employee)." What's wrong with people?! What happened to quality?! What happened to customer service?! What's wrong with this industry?! It's disgraceful, and New Town should be ashamed of themselves.

My wife and I closed on our house last week of April out in Ridgegate and we couldn't be any HAPPIER. Donna, Chris, Owen and team were very helpful during the entire process from start to finish. Our home exceeds expectations...THANK YOU!!!! Thrive has winners working for them at Ridgegate!

We had an amazing experience with Thrive- we absolutely love our home and the customer service from the start of the process right through to the warranty process has been nothing short of stellar. We have nothing but positive things to say about Thrive!

Poor quality all over. Broken promises. I hate to complain but I hate even more if people lie to me. 3 years fighting endless warranty issues (painting bad everywhere, bath tubs with wholes from construction, AC system not working (they can not build an energy efficient house (used too big ducts. But they can build a hot and NOISY house !!!), swamp for free (LOL) in front of the house, defect mirrors, mud room door construction flaw, nails sticking out, loose hand rail etc.). 3 years of fight ? That is unacceptable. When we finally met I asked about the painting of the house as it looked always dirty and had some white efflorescence in there. I was told just to hire somebody who can do real good power washing (LOL). I forced every power washer in Denver to clean my house. EVERYBODY walked away. It turns out it is a simple quality issue. Looking up the specifications for the Sherwin Williams paint reveals that at least a Masonry primer and 2 top coats would have been necessary. Well, nothing they have done and nothing they want to hear. Be warned ! They do provide lowest quality and home design by science fair 1st grade. Sorry guys, back to the drawing board!!!

Thrive aka New Town Builders has great marketing—I’ll give them that. But the quality of construction misses the mark. It’s customary to have a punch list of small items to be fixed after closing. But add to that a leaking roof due to poor flashing and a set of stairs that had to be completely torn out and replaced. Then there’s the foundation that protrudes out about 3 inches along the bottom of the wall inside the entry. We had to pay for an engineer’s report and seek legal counsel before the builder would agree to address SOME of the items. The unsightly protrusion in the entry hall still greets us as we come and go—a reminder of what happens when a builder sacrifices quality for profits.

I would highly recommend Thrive! Their homes are priced competitively with respect to the housing market, and their quality is above average, from what we have seen. They use high quality materials and finishes and go above and beyond with home features. We love their focus on sustainable and energy efficient homes. They made the home buying process very simple for us and even accommodated a few special requests, that most home builders would simply ignore. We love our fast growing, diverse community here at Westridge.

We could not be more pleased with our Thrive Home Builders experience! My husband and I purchased a brand new Row Home in Central Park (formerly Stapleton). From our initial consultations with Kevin Rodriguez, to our actual signing of the contracts, choosing finishes and ongoing support from start to finish with Stephanie Nobbs (who is absolutely awesome!), to our walk-thru's with Jake & Bruce (great and very knowledgeable guys!), everything and every one has exceeded our expectations! We were even finished almost 90 days sooner than originally planned. That's pretty much unheard of in the building industry. My husband is a carpenter and I'm an Interior Designer, so Thrive had some pretty tough customers with us! Our standards for great product, workmanship and service are probably higher than most. The Thrive team most definitely delivered in all categories! Our two daughters and their families also own Thrive Homes and they are as pleased as we are. Great company; beautiful, energy efficient homes ... not much more you could ask for. We LOVE Thrive and would highly recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new home in the greater Denver area!!!
