I have several buyers who I have helped buy a Thrive home and the experience has always been top notch from beginning to end, and they all love their new homes. Especially working with Stephanie Nobbs in the Sales Office has been a fantastic experience, she is so organized, knowledgeable, quick to communicate and overall very helpful. I just bought a new row house from Thrive builders and I could not be happier! The sales and design team were super helpful in picking my interior materials! The project manager and building team provided a beautiful well built home and were super responsive to all the questions I had! I am also really impressed with the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship. They have won awards for building and providing indoor air quality! I am also enjoying that I have solar energy provided as well! All in all the best home build I have ever experienced!

Stephanie was wonderful to work with when buying my Thrive home. She was very knowledgeable about the the home and processes. She was great to select my design package with and super helpful for the upgrade selections. She was organized with paperwork and quick to get me copies if I needed something. She also was great with her weekly communication for progress updates. I highly recommend Thrive and working with her!

We are proud homeowners and feel fortunate that we chose Thrive as our builder. We've now been in our townhome for three months and have been impressed with the quality of construction, the many included convenience features, energy efficiency and the service we've received from the staff at Thrive. Recently moved into our new Thrive home. The home offered a great look and a lot of sustainable options that appealed to my wife and I. Construction went as planned, though we did have a checklist of items to be completed still upon closing. I will say that Chuck and Mike have been great to work with as far as getting the items taken care of, as well as other items that have come up along the way. Without that commitment to service that we have received after move-in, this review might have been dinged a bit, but they have been great.

We are currently building a townhouse with Thrive and they've been absolutely wonderful with us! Tammy was extremely patient with all of our design questions and made us feel secure in our investment. Nathan is absolutely amazing to work with! Since the construction of our home started, he's always sending us weekly construction updates and is always available to answer any questions we may have. These two make an amazing team and we are beyond grateful to be building our first home with them! Thank you for making the home buying process a little less stressful! We really appreciate you!! Thrive Home Builders was great to work with during the entire process. We love our new home and enjoyed getting to pick out different finishes. Our sales rep, Lillianne, was so helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of our many questions. They made the home buying/new build experience very easy for us!
