Map photo is old. Dirt parking areas blocked off. QT on West side of 202 has truck parking. Appointments checked and must have one. Opens at 6am. Cannot park in driveway or on the property. Enter driveway and bear left. Approximately 1/2 way down on the right is a ramp with a sign reading Shipping and Receiving. Enter and go to window on the right. Fill out both forms. If nobody at that window take appointment form to the window on your left.
Dealt with many horrible delivery situations last two years. Wonderful to have a delivery team that sent valid notifications, a “be there in 10 minutes”call and text, and actually showed up timely with a non damaged item. Thank You!
Entrance under construction, 5/3 day I visited. Entrance is kinda narrow. Go slow. Advise parking truck n trailer where the red lines are on the outside of fence. Lots of parking space on both sides. Walk into shipping receiving area marked with red dot. Have mask ready. If you pull your rig into the dock area it's limited parking and when they make you leave you'll have to get back on the interstate to come back into the construction entrance.
I would give them no stars if I could. Costco is using this company to deliver an order to my home. The delivery was scheduled for last Friday, they never showed up! After nearly an hour of transferred phone calls they told me it would have to be rescheduled because their truck broke down. They should have called to let me know! Then I took off work AGAIN on Monday...they told me delivery window was 8am-noon. It's now 2:17pm, no call, no show and I've already made several calls and no one can seem to give me an ETA! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered flooring and this company was used to deliver my products. First time it got lost and I was lineant and let it slide. Second attempt to deliver turned into a nightmare. The delivery was rescheduled 5 times and finally was delived in the middle of my driveway (even thought it was a porch drop off) with my order and another boxes with someone elses name on it (most of the extras once was broken vinyl planks). I called several times to complain and was told they did indeed try to deliver the order but my husband declined the order due to color. Mind you, I got cameras all over my house that showed no delivery attempts. After they were caught in a lie the manager hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I made sure I told everyone I knew about that poor treatment and would never use them or Wayfair again.
Terrible Drivers Extremely Rude they think they can just sit in County Parking Lots and Block Roads after deliveries even after Security tells them they cant park there
If I ever hear "Updike" as the supposed white glove delivery service, I will instantly cancel my purchase. Not only are they not English speaking, nor are they located in America, they also cancel, reschedule, cancel, reschedule all of your appts! Without even asking when you are available. Oh and the greatest part is that you are supposed to be waiting for them from 5 AM until 9 PM. Hard pass.
About 3 hours to get unloaded 30 minutes before appoiment and got in the door about 1 hour later after they are strick on There appoiments crowded place with trucks blocking to back up in front window ladies very nice and friendly no overnigth here available
Darion and his team were amazing! They delivered our hot tub with care and also hauled away other items we needed removed. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. They were professional, nice, reliable, and had a great attitude the entire time. Highly recommend Darion and his team for hot tub delivery and disposal—five stars all the way!
