They suck for on time deliveries. Mine had a delivery date January 9 , rescheduled for January 16; now a third reschedule for Jan 20th… awful trucking for timely deliveries. Never again.
I don’t even know where to begin with this company. Any major retailer that cares about their customers should refrain from contracting out any type of delivery and installation services with this company. Today was the third time this company had to come to my home and again another issue they put the bed together backwards. Therefore, now we have to take it all apart in order to get the mattresses to fit inside the frame. The delivery driver told me the extra pieces of wood Was extra however, that is not correct. Those pieces are very necessary for the stability and height of the bed. Had he put it together correctly he would have been able to finish the job. I won’t even go into the previous two visits. I don’t know out of the three which is worse.
1)gotta know which building 1-3 depending on freight. Appointment 0800. Arrived at 0755,got a door right away. Unld started ot 0830 done by 10a. NO OVER NIGHT PARKING
Really really friendly staff but nothing is marked on where to go! A real mess of trucks going every which direction when I arrived. For deliveries Pull in through gate and stay left….a little more then 1/2 way down building on your left you’ll see a yellow ramp and a sign that says shipping and receiving. Park and go in to get dock assignment. If you still can’t find it hopefully you can find a truck driver that speaks English to help you out.
These guys were awesome! They were so careful with their truck and so careful with the items they were delivering. They were friendly and quick and just really great 👍 THANK YOU Allie and Siona!!!
Elmer and his coworker (whose name I didn’t get because they were working so diligently upon arrival), were truly amazing! They were extremely professional and efficient HARD WORKERS. They helped me place a large chair (that wasn’t part of the assembly I ordered) in my living room and put my dining set together with expert precision. It was impressive watching what beautiful work they did and I’m super grateful I had these all stars assigned to my delivery!
My mother and I were driving on the 10 heading west to California from Arizona. This truck was ahead of us and as we tried to pass, it came into our lane and tried to run us off the road. It was obvious that the driver was using his big truck to keep us from passing him. It almost caused us to run off the road. It’s unfortunate that truck drivers these days use the size of their trucks to be bully’s on the road. This driver should be fired before he kills somebody.
This company was supposed to deliver a sofa from Wayfair to me. The delivery got rescheduled three times in 2 weeks, changing the delivery window to times other than what I had requested such as 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. when I requested 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and then when I was finally available and made my entire day free, I got a call an hour after the delivery window saying that there was a truck breakdown and they couldn't get it to me until the following week! Hoping Wayfair and other companies who use this delivery service find a more reliable source!
TOTALLY SHITTY COMPANY FOR TRUCKERS ! A rather rude and unprofessional lady will greet you at the office. If you arrive early they will tell you that they will call you at your appointment time but they won't. Your time and your appointment time hold no importance for them. Its been 5 hours still waiting for dock. We are waiting for the lady's ego to calm down. !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
