Staff is great and friendly. Went Beyond staying late. Beyond polite. Beyond a normal level of service. It was all beyond normal in the absolute best way. I spent almost half a $1k and came back today for more. The layout of the store help me and I am handicapped. It’s color coated to speed up selections for the men. In n out like the burger. It was worth it and the lady that checked me out never once said or indicated it was a problem. She deserves every dollar she earns from your Arlington - Parks store by the mall on hey i-20 You have done an excellent job either way this business and I’ll be back 3D

Audrey at Uptown Cheapskate was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, engaging, and genuinely helpful throughout my whole shopping experience. She gave honest opinions on what she thought looked cute and helped make the process feel fun and easy. The transaction was super fast, she was very understanding, and her customer service truly stood out. Audrey represents the company very well and made me want to come back again. Uptown Cheapskate’s name speaks for itself. I tried selling a pair of Nike Air Force 1s, and they only offered me $9. I took the same shoes to Plato’s Closet and was offered $50 instead. I definitely don’t recommend selling here. It doesn’t make sense to accept $9 when they have the same shoes on their shelves—some in worse condition—priced at around $64.

I am so glad I finally started coming here! One visit and you’ll never bother with a Plato’s Closet again! The ladies that work here are always smiling, super friendly young ladies and eager to help right when you walk in the door guiding you in the whole process if you are new which is most definitely preferable to the awkward, insecure, almost snobby, mean girl ‘attitude that’s overwhelmingly unpleasant at Plato’s if I’m being honest. Sorry not sorry. Do better. 🤷🏼‍♀️😉 And Uptown Cheapskate yall just keep doing what you do cause it’s appreciated and enjoyable! 😘👍🏻💸🛍️💯

This place is truly an amazing place to shop. Not only do they have very fair prices, the clothing is in almost new condition and great brands. The whole place is just a vibe. The employees awesome, so friendly, helpful and non-judgmental. I will most definitely be going back to this store.

First impressions are so important.... yet I didn't get a good first impression. Visited today to sell some of my almost-new jeans that just don't fit anymore, and I only got $12 for 3 of my GAP jeans. They didn't want to buy any of the other 10 pants because "they weren't what they were looking for". Some of the pants I took scream "fall season" I guess burgundy vintage flare corduroy isn't fall appropriate.... I am willing to give it a second shot, but will definitely lower my expectations.

Love this place! Hot Tip: Clean out your closest like every 3-4 months and make a drop and shop outing to Cheapskate. Basically can refresh your wardrobe for anytime you like, at half the cost. Plus, you are saving the environment by purchasing gently used items. Win, win!

I always love shopping here, at this location (and Mansfield)! Selection is always great, store is clean & organized, and customer service is always great! Prices have come up a bit, but that's everywhere, so... But if I could offer a suggestion: I know space is limited, but . . . A flat-screen TV with the TX Rangers or other TX sports on and at least one more chair, and your women clientelle would get to shop LONGER!!! Just sayin'! 😉

Got a nice pair of shoes nice customer service gave me a discount for being a member of their rewards and they bought so of my old clothes I never wear. Definitely recommend
