i went in there to sell some boots i hate (hate those boots so bad) they're worth $200 but it'd cost 3x that much for anyone to see me dead in them. anyways, they were really nice to me even though I was only selling and that's honestly all I care about. if I were less of a broke B I'd look at the clothes bc they were cute stay cool y'all ✌️
I love this store, I always find unique items and even athletic clothing. Even tho some of the comments say the staff is rude the girls here are always super sweet. If they aren’t smiley and being bubbly “Karen” it’s probably cause they’ve been working in retail all day and they’re tired. I would rather go here than that stuck up glorified thrift store Plato’s closet down the road.
Such a neat and organized store. The fact everything is sorted by size AND color is amazing. Everything is super well priced and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back & sell all of my unwanted clothes!

I enjoy buying clothes here and would leave a higher rating if it were not for an employee there. This employee on multiple occasions has made me felt uncomfortable and made me not want to come back. During one occasion while I was in line to pay she started to talk bad about other customers and it made me very uncomfortable as this made me wonder if I was talked bad about later. Additionally, she has looked at me in store and I don't know if it is a coincidence of her looking in that direction but it has made me felt judged by her. I have tried to ignore these situations as I have been treated better by other employees and assisted a lot by them but I can no longer ignore this issue with this employee as it seems like she is always there when I go and it makes the whole shopping and selling process unenjoyable.
My daughter and I came in and really enjoyed it! We even bought some great stuff too!! Such a cool place! And friendly employees too. We can’t wait to go back!
The clothes were actually really cute, and I'm they had a lot of selections, however, about 5 minutes before 6 they approached us and said they were closing soon. Okay, no big deal. I asked if I was able to try on my clothes, they said yes. I went immediately to the dressing room and the dressing room attendant told me that since it was so close to closing, I couldn't try on the clothes. Clearly I'm not going to buy something without trying it on, so I couldn't purchase anything. I had to leave everything I picked out. THEN, when we went to leave at 6:01, mind you, they followed me to the door to unlock it. Ummm... what? Why are the doors locked while there are people inside? That is a fire hazard, and not okay to do. All in all, I don't think this was a good experience.
Today was my first time here and I don’t plan on coming back. I recently went up a few pant sizes and decided to finally replace all my jeans with ones that fit which is already hard enough for someone emotionally. I spent over an hour here painstakingly picking out jeans and tops maybe about 20 items total and they started a fitting room for me because they were completely out of shopping baskets. After handing over my items I went shopped some more and came back to find only 4 of my items in the room and they said they had no idea what happened and another employee said they put them up. It was a complete waste of time and now I have to go somewhere else and do it all over. I’ve struggled with an eating disorder and having to pick out bigger clothes is really hard for me. The girls at the fitting room have no organization and should be retrained or have some system put in place. The girls at the front counter were nice and asked if I was in a hurry so they could help me find all the items but I shopped every single isle and who would remember exactly what they picked? I wasn’t looking at prices because I desperately needed clothes so a mismanaged fitting room made this business lose out on a potential big sale and returning customer.
Very clean and organized!!! Great condition name brand stuff for cheap! All of the employees are nice and helpful!! Love this store!!!
