If i could, i would give a -5 star review. I used to love coming here but i cant stand coming anymore. The girls working here are always so incredibly rude and constantly have an attitude about eveything. Don't waste your time here- the clothes are always so disorganized, over priced dor the quality, thrown around and on top of it are all so outdated and not even cute
As a plus size woman I love this store it doesn’t carry many items in bigger sizes but I have been able to find cute pieces that I would purchase for triple the price. The employees are always kind and the experience is always amazing!

I went in just to sell some clothes. The girls were super sweet super fast. The store is actually organized. I’m glad I left Plato’s and came over here. :))))
Updating my previous review. I recommend this location for 3 reasons: 1. It's a great location and very clean. 2. They always have a great selection of great clothing, shoes and accessories. 3. The owners of this location take complaints seriously. This afternoon my friend and I had unfortunate experience, I reached out to management and within MINUTES they replied, kept us posted, and are working to prevent our experience from happening to anyone else again. I will ALWAYS support stores with owners who believe in resolving issues on either side of the counter.
Incredible selection with a wide variety of styles, sizes, shoes and so much more!! Very clean and all the employees were so helpful and kind! Not to mention stellar prices for high end brands! I originally went to get rid of and sell some clothes, and was so shocked when they offered me cash on the spot buying many of my items!! So impressed! Highly recommend!
I learned a lot about consignment and make you an offer. Always use a consignment store for selling your items. The offer store offers are like 2.00 for this 5.00 for that OR you can have a store CREDIT FOR 12.00! Lol! Remember the store has overhead e rent wages utilities and might not sell your offerings or not sell for 45 days. The purchase price IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE SELLING PRICE IS SO KEEP THAT IN MIND. It's crazy how they know what to buy and what to reject and of course pricing. This store has a lot of merch and people are ripping thru there leaving a mess like a cyclone. You have to dig but you will find something and this pricing is good. I've had it with goodwill donations and that treatment of people and making it so difficult to get a tax credit when you are donating everything from dishes to art to clothing etc. So do try to strike a deal here for your gently worn shoes clothing and jewelry or go to a consignment store and make more.
Absolutely terrible experience at Uptown Cheapskate. The first visit a year ago had me hopeful. I found a few MissMe jeans and some decent name brand tops at fair prices. But wow, how the quality has plummeted since then. Every visit after that has been a complete disappointment. The name brands vanished, replaced with cheap Target level pieces and racks overflowing with low quality Shein junk. It's like digging through a clearance bin at a fast fashion outlet. Even worse than the clothes? The staff. Rude, unapproachable, and clearly uninterested in anything other than their own conversations. I’ve never been greeted, never offered help, just ignored while they sit around gossiping like it’s a middle school lunch table. Is the bad customer service part of the training? I’ve given this place more than enough chances, around ten visits in six months and it somehow gets worse each time. Safe to say I won’t be back. Avoid this place unless you enjoy overpriced fast fashion and being treated like a nuisance.
Very rude customer service on the phone. Management needs to train their subordinates on courtesy and etiquette. I called to coordinate I’m dropping off items and the young lady on the other end responded with a bunch of “yeah’s, huh’s, no’s, and what’s”. I’m pregnant and disabled, I inquired of getting assistance upon pulling up to door and the young lady immediately had an attitude and declined to assist. I called the store in Burleson…they were MORE than happy to assist! They were respectful, kind, and polite.
Employees clearly dislike their jobs. Zero customer service, almost feels upon entering the store that you inserted yourself into a conversation they do not want you to be apart of. Dressing room girl was nice. Employees snatch receipts off counters and at checkout , the man handed me my pile of clothes, turned around and walked away. I asked if they had any bags, I bought about 6 items, and he then said they were a bagless store. Which is something that I feel is important to let your customer know before they feel stupid walking out clutching an armfull of clothes and a receipt.
