I will preface my review by stating I often stop by this store when I am in town and there used to be a nice mens selection to browse. This is no longer the case and even if there were nice items, they have made it very difficult to look through them. The mens section has become smaller than it previously was and in case of the athletic /t-shirts, they now just blend into the women’s clothes with no distinguishing marks to tell where one end and the other starts. Browsing through the clothes is also difficult because they have crammed so many items into the racks. The one item i found today was a pair of lululemon shorts which had the liner cut out, the zipper on the back was missing and they were $20 (around average for resale stores if they were in decent shape and hadn’t been altered). Lastly, their mens pants are sloppily folded and thrown on shelves, which detracts me from even wanting to look through them.
Incredibly Rude people- a joke of a place to hand over some really nice stuff. Just don’t go here- second try- they were rude the first time too-
Wow Jenna As a mama 4 and not wanting to have a garage sale, I showed up at this place uptown cheapskates to sell some items. I was shocked on the behavior of Jenna. She is the vicious, hateful, and rude as a newcomer you would think she’d want to explain the system kindly and really be happy to see new people but oh no. Not Jenna Jenna was rude from the minute. I walked in. She even made a phone call to somebody and told a lie untruth that I was being rude, which is not true cameras don’t lie her fellow employees even agreed with me that she was being unkind and when I asked her name, it was like this had happened before. Customers were unhappy with her and would ask her for the manager, and the manager doesn’t have a I don’t know The system of the store they would tell you it slowly Jenna acted like I was desperate and then I needed to sell my stuff. Well she’s wrong and her behavior is sickening and so gross she is definitely a very unhappy female. I would never go back to this place ever and I would To try other places to sell your clothing because this place is very bad and Jenna needs to be sent back to education on customer services She’s lacking in it she even tried to give me $20 credit and didn’t remove the $20 credit from When I went to pay for my shorts, she still had the $20 credit and I had I didn’t sell my items so I don’t have a store credit yeah Jenna you really know what you’re doing I hope you have a better day and learn how to treat customers better attitude and I know some people think don’t matter but trust me they do📍 Seller beware this store is not the place to do Business 💵

They took my clothes and then pocketed the payout, after degrading me and the merchandise I brought to sell. Girl, must have forgotten to delete my email address as I showed the pocketed monies which they immediately offered to pay me, but only after I confronted them. Take your items to a non-profit or sell it yourself online.
Was not greeted when I came in. Didn't say anything to me in fact till I finished my sign in. Was not friendly. Took 7 items for $20. Store was overcrowded with items. Hard to walk through. The organization was not like the rest of the uptown cheapskate I have been to and I wasn't a fan.
I love uptown!! I find all my best clothes at a fraction of the original price and there is ALWAYS new stuff every time I go! (Which is all the time :))
I was pleasantly surprised I went to go grab a couple of things. I didn’t realize they had such an amazing sale, and I ended up getting more than one thing which I originally did not plan. It helped that the staff was great from the girls at the dressing room to the girl at the register, checking me out she explained everything as she was checking it, which I’m glad she was because there were some items that I did not know we’re not going to be discounted any further so that made it all that much more pleasant knowing that I wasn’t gonna have to drive 30 minutes home and then come back because something did not cost what I thought it would. Kudos to the cashier today this evening. And the girls there! If you wanna look for some great deals, this is one of my favorite uptown Cheapskates.
Hi! I went to the store with my family on sunday. The store has good clothes, but it’s too tight and messy. We couldn’t even push a little space for our hands to fit.. it was too full due to the amount of items like jeans and dresses (mostly dresses but there’s a lot of other sections that are full to the BRIM.) There would be dresses, shirts, jeans and pants on the floor or on top of the shoes area. It was overstimulating and did not make our shopping experience good at all. 👎 I recommend doing something about this for future customers! (and some of the employees..they looked like they struggled too..)😬.
Had I seen these reviews before I would not had wasted my time. Too many bad reviews to say oh it was just one customer. One customer stated that they judge on their opinion not anything in their computer they're extremely lowballing on items new with tags I knew they were BS when I handed them a pair of 90s ripped jeans from Forever 21and they offered me $3 brand new tags intact. Marketplace is starting to look a little better now
