I had an awful experience at this story today. Terrible customer service. The moment I walked in the woman that checked me in and took my bags to review my items was extremely cold, with an attitude and impatient, totally unprofessional. I had a feeling from the beginning that she would target my items and I was right. When I went back to collect my items, I was told that none of my items were “acceptable “ with no reasoning. I had to ask why and the reason given (with snobby attitude) was that they were outdated, worn and with an odor. Most of my items were never used, some even with tags and some shirts I even bought at this store but didn’t like the style, so I was reselling it back but now they’re not acceptable. None of my items had an odor, they were washed and in excellent condition. The staff was indifferent with me and ill mannered. I felt super awkward and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I spoke with the manager before leaving but she just listened and just kept saying sorry ma’am. I’m extremely disappointed with this store and you have definitely lost a customer. Posting some of my items here so yall can see it was in great condition.
It should be called DOWNtown Cheapskate! The worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. They treat you like a peasant when you bring in clothes to sell. They offer hardly anything on top of that. The positive ? The store offers a great selection of clothing to purchase. The Burleson location has way nicer employees and everyone welcomes you there.
Love this store! Always can find great things or if I don’t it’s still fun to look around while my buy is being looked at. Oh speaking of buy the girl that looked at my clothes folded them nicer than I brought them in! Definitely coming back
They have very cute clothes but the customer service is definitely not where it needs to be. The employees shouldn’t be rude and roll eyes when someone is asking for a dressing room. Customer service is huge.
Such a cool place to shop! All name brands and such a big selection! I took some clothes up there yesterday and traded them in for store credit (my choice). They will give you cash on the spot but I chose the store credit option for the added 25%. Turned around and went on a shopping spree and only had to spend $4 out of my pocket! Can’t wait to go back. They are constantly putting out new stuff so every time you go you will find something new.
Always find good pieces at great prices! The girls there are so nice and friendly. Came to sell my clothing and the girls there explained the process and it went smoothly. Racks are organized and easy to find what you need

I had an interaction that was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which took away from what otherwise could have been a positive shopping experience. Customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately, the level of service I encountered left a disappointing impression despite the quality of the products.
Love this place they always text me their latest coupons sales and promotions. They always have a great vast selection of items. Great employees. Great atmosphere.
