Very Clean & Not to Say how Soft Spoken The Customer Service Helpers were.. and The Service Is Great ‼️
I recently visited this store and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The store had a wide variety of high-quality items at great prices. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and plan to return often!
The worst location by far. I would avoid it completely if you have the option. Employees are the slowest I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked retail, it’s not great but holy moly this location takes the cake. They’d rather talk and hit on their coworkers than actually finish tasks.
Tried this store for a quick "Rodeo" outfit and it did not fail. I found some cute boots a great pair of wide leg jeans, and a couple of great tops/t shirts. The cashier was very helpful and they have a membership program. Try it out. I will definitely go again for summer inexpensive options.

The males buyers are the worst here. I always leave when I see them buying. I brought back a free people dress that they originally took but I kept debating on it they girl said take it home and think about it and if you change your mind pls bring it back. I brought it back and he passed. Also passed on 2 brand new with tag free people Paradiso dresses. Buffalo exchange immediately took them obviously
The workers are cool and make the selling process easy. The store is organized and has clothing thats on trend/in good condition so I definitely recommend shopping there!
Generally I have good experiences here, but I came today at 1pm (well into their normal open hours) and the staff had locked the door and popped out to tell everyone waiting outside that they are closed and they'll post on Instagram when they'll be open again....the hours on Google maps still say they are open normal hours today, and the posted hours on the front door still say open 10am-9pm Mon-Sat, 11am-7pm Sun. There were a lot of staff in the building and we watched them get a bulk chic fil a order delivered, so not really sure what's happening, but it would be very helpful to customers if the branch would post the business as "closed" online on map apps in the future.
Dropped off clothes at 1:00pm and came back 5 hours later at 6:00pm , asking if they were ready. They hadn’t been looked at yet and said I had to sit and wait 30 minutes in store or bring them back tomorrow. I go here all the time at the locations and it’s always very efficient: 1 hour wait MAX. I understand they get busy but a 5+ hour wait is absolutely ridiculous
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This store overprices EVERYTHING, mislabels their clothing brands, and charges more than the retail price. It’s insane. Do NOT buy anything from here. In response to their comment: This isn’t the first item that I have found that is overpriced. Do not buy anything from this store unless you have to. They price more than you can get it online…and they’re USED clothes. This business is horrible and loves to leech money off the donations and customers.
