I had a fairly smooth and positive transaction using UShip. I was able to choose a shipper that met my customer's budget concerns and the shipper was good! The piece arrived in perfect condition. Some of the communication was last minute and and timing was off but I was able to pivot and meet the shipper's requirements as well. Shipping furniture is never easy and when someone does it well I'll give them 5 stars despite some hiccups in communication. Thank you UShip and the company that shipped my piece. Job well done
Tried this to suppliment my direct contacts. Proved to have more options than direct call as No one returns messages anymore. Anyhow I was rewarded with a fine experience and my cherrished horse was delivered to me in great shape!.
I booked and paid a 706$ deposit for no service to ever by giving! They tell you they'll pick your vehicle up within 5 days. I booked on April 1st and didn't receive proper communication about what was going on so I was forced to cancel, which was around the 13th.. well over 5 days after booking! I also had to wait an additional 7 business days for my refund! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company! I ended up renting a budget tru k with the trailer for 130$ and transported the vehicle myself with help from my brother! Thanks Uhip
Pretty smooth process for the most part! My only criticism, would be that I would have liked a little more heads-up communication regarding pick up and delivery times. It all worked out fine - but was slightly unexpected.
Entered my shipping info for pickup and delivery location plus bike description. Received plenty of offers. Booked with the one that suit me best. Bike was picked up and delivered on time and at a fair price. After delivery you release the funds and the shipper gets paid. Very simple. I also added insurance thru u ship for extra protection.
First time ever using uShip and it was a great experience. Our shipment from Georgia to Texas went off without a hitch. I will definitely use the service again!
Great experience! I shipped 19 crates, with memoribilia and special belongings of my Dad's after he passed.
First time dealing with an interstate vehicle shipment… uShip made it easy with their incredibly streamlined system. A contractor reached out within 30min of me posting my request. And their service was impeccable. Will definitely be using both uShip and the contractor (B.A.S.I.C. Services Provider, LLC) again when needed in the future.
I love UShip❣️. I have used them for over ten years. I had the following items shipped by UShip: suncatcher pontoon boat, Suzuki Samurai, Isuzu Rodeo, Honda Motorcycle and a 8’ hot tub cover. No complaints at all. If you need something shipped, do yourself a favor and give UShip a try. I will continue to use them as needed.
My experience with uSHip was excellent. They are well organized and communicate effectively. My shipper, Angela, did a super job for me and I look forward to using uShip again.
