Have used uShip for two shipments. Both times have been positive experience. Pickup and delivery was timely drivers communicated frequently and provided realistic timelines for delivery. Items arrived in great condition.
Second time we have used this company. In both cases the drivers provided great communications and handled problems without intervention. (i.e. dead battery on a stored car and dealing with city officials "red tape" on the last one). We were offered multiple choices in drivers, types of transport and pricing. Simple instructions made it easy to do business with them. Would Recommend
I received multiple offers, was glad to be able to see how many years and shipments the brokers had arranged (I didn’t accept a low-ball offer from a new company). I answered multiple questions from potential shippers and liked that Q & A was available for all to see. I thought the insurance was priced fairly ((glad I didn’t need to put in a claim!). The broker I chose found a driver willing to pick up and deliver on a weekend and was good w communication. The driver did a great job securing the load and communicating. I will use UShip again.

This is the second time we have used Uship. Once for an 8 foot Santa display traveling 400 miles and now for the transport of a golf cart 200 miles. Both experiences were very good. You can check the rating of each "mover" beforehand and they stay in contact during shipping process. They get paid after delivery. Both items were carefully handeled. Would recommend Uship.
My experience was very positive, very good communication from driver, the only drawback was the cost, which was a bit more than I was expecting. However, he got it done promptly, and delivered on time.

It was cheaper and the best shipping service I have ever used. Easiest as well as super quick I will always ship via uship.
I found Uship to work great as long as you get lucky. Beware that many shippers are just brokers. I did not find transparency around this. I tried to get a piece of machinery picked up. The first broker scheduled a truck for a day pickup was not allowed, then couldn't find anyone. The second shipper failed to show up on the last pickup day and I have been unable to get any communications with them at all.
