Very friendly. Picked up my 1997 Civic within a day of submitting my request. It was delivered in Dallas area from Seattle in four days. Would definitely recommend Philamtransport and will use them again if needed.
This was my first time using any kind of vehicle transport service, and I had been putting it off for weeks because I dreaded the idea of dealing with nonstop calls, pitches, and pressure from transportation companies. A friend recommended uShip, and the experience was so much better than I expected — truly a 10 out of 5! I transported an older vehicle from Southern California to Northern Utah, and the entire process was smooth and incredibly easy. The platform was simple to use, very intuitive, and the pricing was significantly better than anything else I found. I’m genuinely impressed and will absolutely recommend uShip to anyone needing vehicle transport. I’ll be using them again without hesitation. Side note: the service was WAY FASTER! Picked up Sunday at 12 PMPST dropped off 7:30 AM MST Monday!
Used u-ship to find a freight transport company to move goods from LA to NYC. (12 big boxes and a couple of small pieces of furniture.) Our project was posted and we received multiple bids from qualified shippers. The app is easy to use. We ended up booking a freight company and everything worked out beautifully. We didn’t have enough stuff to justify hiring one truck, so sharing capacity with other people needing to move things worked very well for us.

uShip is a very good service, but you arent dealing with uShip per se... you are dealing with mostly unknown shippers. BE AWARE of who you are dealing with and expect very good and clear communication. Most of the time I have had problems with shippers delivering late... even months late. Since you dont have anything much but a phone number or email, they can ghost you anytime they choose. How easy is it to deny a call or just throw a phone away and start over again.. leaving you with no property.. Just be sure you have communicated your expectations clearly and ask for very clear contact info, even a copy of an ID or DL. Once this person has your property, what power do you have to get them to deliver? uShip I can assure you does very little to nothing when it comes to these issues. At best they can block the shipper from doing business (in that account) in the future.. so what? Anyway... best of luck,... I have used uship dozens of times and had no real issue with uShip.. I do wish they could control the vetting system better, and create a stronger connection from the client to the shipper so we have legitimate ways of managing the process.. because now you just have to stay lucky .. lucky you got a good honest responsible shipper.

The process was easy and efficient. My product was shipped and arrived on time. Thank you to everyone involved from UShip. They make the shipping experience a pleasure instead of a pain. The shipper had a little problem with the shipping pallet, but the carrier handled it and got the job done.
