I had a number of quotes in my inbox very quickly after posting my request. There was a wide range of quotes and after reviewing customer reviews, I chose one that turned out to be fantastic. I wod definitely go back to UShip for future needs. No need to go anywhere else.
I want to say, don’t freelance a “broker”….two of them basically took my money for no drivers! One only found a driver when I asked for my money back! uShip made me feel at ease! They hold the money until delivery is made. The driver kept me informed in real time the WHOLE trip!!! Which really put myself and my father in a safer mood. I highly recommend using them for Simplicity and peace of mind! Thanks for helping me select a good driver that was willing to work with me. (Lonzo Transport) ensured my vehicle was safe at all times! Thanks uShip!!!

I had a good experience, pick up was TX and drop off was FL, no problems, there is definitely room for improvement on the communication but overall was a good experience for me, I do recommend getting the insurance in case something happens (not my case everything was good but I did pay for insurance), the whole pick up + drop off was less than a week.
I bid with you ship and contacted my shipper. Communication was outstanding. Scott kept me informed every step of the way. Went out of his way to work with my schedule and when he picked vehicles up, he drove overnight five hours to get my vehicle here at a time it was convenient for me. Car arrived exactly as promised on time exactly as promised no damage no surprises no hidden fees absolutely flawless. Would highly recommend.
Worst customer service. Paid for protection plan item was damaged and in shipping and they will not cover the repair to fix the damage. Worst service and they allowed a non dot and uninsured and expired trailer with a rental car to ship my item. Completely illegal and no consequences Paid for blanket wrap but had one blanket and then just plastic wrap
Great business model where the consumer provides details of item for shipping, then given numerous options to select. The individual I chose was professional, effective communicator and fraction of the price that the gallery recommended. Will use again, excellent experience
If your interested in getting scammed then this is the way to go. Good luck! They will not help you and you will be lucky to get your item. I got a broken item from a carrier who wouldn't respond throughout the process and kept changing plans. I eventually got the item completely broken in half. Keep in mind you will not get your shipping money back. Even with a broken item the carrier will demand you pay before they leave. Not recommended. It's the Temu of shipping.
UShip is easy to use and seamless platform to get competitive shipping on your large items, vehicles, etc. we have used them a few times and been very satisfied with quality and customer service.
This company is terrible I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau, Secretary of State, and reaching out directly to the owners/executives unless some from upper management reaches out to me immediately. You screwed over the customers expecting me to ship items, my business over, and suspended my account for no reason and refused to respond. All of my team members from every business I own will be leaving you bad reviews on every platform possible until your ratings drop.
