I went to a show last night and the staff was excellent. Very nice and accommodating. They went out if there way to provide an excellent experience.
Loved this place first time here especially since Im not from Austin came to the blade blood rave I had a very awesome time I met some new friends ( hopefully they remember me 😅🖤) I loved the goth community 💜 🖤 I would love to attend again with my gf 💜🖤
Disappointing experience. The tickets shown online when I purchased are not what we got when we got there. Then we got hassled for a two drink minimum per person that wasn’t mentioned as a requirement for the venue or the show by several staff members. So, if you don’t mind paying premium for seats with a view that you don’t get, and getting hassled to order drinks - go for it. Luckily the act I came to see was good, but not enough to make me want to come back to this venue.
Great staff quick and friendly service! Great seats no matter where you are in the club for comedy clean bathrooms and great overall environment.
Our experience at Vulcan was pretty good. We purchased our tickets on the main website and made sure we read over ALL the rules and seating arrangements for each specific ticket. Do that and you shouldn’t have any problems. We actually met another couple who had purchased a table of four as well and the front let us combine our table cause our seats were better. I thought that was very nice. It’s super tight inside and getting a drink from the bar might take a minute or two. My one thing was during the Kill Tony Show I had said something to my husband and one of the servers turned around and shhh’d me super loud. That was a bit much in my opinion, but other than that no complaints. The rooftop patio was cool to party on and meeting some of the standup comedians was super fun. I’d go back for another Kill Tony for sure.
Staff was friendly. Plenty of space. Drinks were reasonably priced. It's got a dive bar feel and that's cool. Not sure if go here for anything but an event but I'm going back for an event for sure
A little weird. Not sure what it is usually, but we were there for Moontower comedy, they smashed us in even though there was an up stairs. They do have the "good ice" (iykyk).
Had an absolute blast at the Red Bull MotoGP After Party. Vulcan did a great job putting on the event and Martin McDaniel was amazing! The bar staff was on point, but some of the waitresses could take a lesson in services industry etiquette.
Visited to see Jkyl and Hyde. Speakers were bumping, vibes were vibing, and it was a decent sized space for everyone there. Could use some Ac, but when there is a multitude of people raving, heat is to be expected will visit again . It was a great experience
Bad gas. Good jokes. I come for gas and left gassed. Doctor say go back often for good brain health. Unclogged many packs of cigarettes in lungs. Doctor say good gas. Will return with woman.
