Another Zara, this store has everything a regular Zara store has, it is clean and has nice plants in it, the selection is good. Usually has a line at the register, never seen it empty. Nothing unusual, prices are moderate, goods look like they are a copy of well-known brands but cost a fraction.
I was originally at the Zara in SoHo and found this jacket that I wanted. Unfortunately the size I needed wasn't in store, but there was one in FiDi. I went straight there but didnt have the ref # of the item, I had asked two associates, who werent able to find it, however, in came my man Michael, who went searching and found it for me. S/o to Michael for going above and beyond to find the item. Go ask for him!
As a Zara fan from Italy, I wasn’t disappointed. We bought some few stuffs and the prices were not as terrible as I initially thought. The location is great but no car park which so common in New York

Sales associates are deplorable and miserable. Took 30 min and asking 4 sales associates (including cashier) to retrieve an item. One with glasses on even caught an attitude when I said can you look up an item you have in stock. How are they even in business functioning like this? Terrible
Mailin made my experience shopping at Zara during a sales period very smooth and enjoyable. She was extremely attentive, congenial, and patient answering all my many questions! She even helped with an online order which was super convinient for me. One of my best Zara experiences and I have many! Thanks M.

Not enough registers. Management isn't batting an eye that people are waiting in line for over 1 hour? They should have the floor workers help the registers during peak times... Especially with all the latest technology Zara uses, they should implement some kind of system to mitigate this issue. Waiting in line forever is made worse by all the surrounding negativity you'll experience (pissed off customers nagging to themselves in front and behind you). Just bad vibes in general.
The worst thing in this store is the security guards and their behavior is terrible, they don’t respect customers and the guards discuss and judged me in front of me. I understand that sometimes we all have a hard day, but every time I’m surprised by the behavior of the guards in this store is just terrible
I had a wonderful experience at the Zara store thanks to Mailin. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Mailin took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Her great attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.
