I recently visited urgent care facility and wanted to commend Tiffany T for the exceptional service she has provided. She paid close attention to every detail and assisted me in a timely manner and professional manner. Her care made a significant difference in my experience.
We used the Kyla chat feature to schedule the appointment for same day urgent care. When we arrived, we were checked in right away and it took only a few minutes for us to be taken to the back. Omar is very friendly and caring, and asked questions to find out what happened. He made my daughter feel comfortable during the visit. Maria explained what we needed to do after we leave to take care of the injury. The reason we chose this location was because they are able to do X-rays. The X-rays were done pretty quickly. Omar spent time showing my daughter how to use the crutches. Overall, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring, which is what we need from medical care facilities. Thank you for all your help and support!

Vy T and Amy attended me. Good experience overall from appointment booking to medical attention. Don’t like the fact that I was requited to download Kyla app, create account just for the appointment. Unnecessary apps and account creation and privacy info in the cloud and don’t know how well their security measures are.
I was thankfully able to get in here in a Sunday with an appointment and the process was smooth. A little bit of a wait but for good reason. Lindell is such a nice x-ray technician, and I appreciated his honesty and expertise. The doctor was also kind and efficient. I would come back to this clinic again and I live all the way in Morgan Hill!
I came in last week Sandy L. was kind, friendly, professional and made my first time visit welcoming. I would recommend this Action Urgent Care it’s a clean environment with nice staff. I came back today and was taken care by Kaylee Z. and once again it was a pleasant visit.
