I took my mom to urgent care at this location, where we were helped by Vy T. She was amazing—she took her time to listen to our concerns and made sure my mom felt truly cared for. We had such a positive experience, and I will definitely return here for future care.
The staff is friendly and the clinic is well maintained. Omar is great to work with, Dr. Ding is very professional and courteous. “I would definitely come back here” is an accurate, but reluctant statement considering this is an urgent care clinic. Having said that, I would highly recommend their services for anyone seeking medical attention.
Tiffany T was friendly, competent, and very helpful. Ryan listened carefully, and then explained his diagnosis and treatment recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Overall one of the best urgent care experiences I've had
The front desk and medical assistants were great but the provider (Truc Train) was absolutely terrible. She was very incompetent in her medical knowledge and interaction with us. She just made us confused and didn’t give us a proper diagnosis and had an attitude in her demeanor. I felt like she wanted to end the appointment quickly. I was able to get much more information from google than what she provided. She wasn’t confident in any answer she gave us and would always respond with skepticism using phrases like “In theory…” and “i think…”. She didn’t even bother to examine the patient properly. It was an absolute waste of time and money.
Action Urgent Care was great! Sandy L. was especially helpful- her sweet and funny attitude made the experience very pleasant. I had to have multiple tests run, and all of the staff members I worked with explained each step of the process thoroughly and continually reassured me about how long I would have to wait, etc. Also, I was a walk-in and was able to be seen <10 minutes after I checked in!
Tiffany T was amazing. The service provided is always above and beyond! I brought my mom in today, because her primary care doctor was not available. This location is clean, parking provided is so close, staff is so caring and friendly. My mom was taken in to be seen within 12 mins after checking in!
I was treated with extra kind care by MA Sandy L. She was attentive, thorough and kind. She listened to everything and asked many questions. My treating MD Dr Ding, was thorough, knowledgeable, kind and did his best to help me through the reason I came. I like this clinic because the care is always consistent and the people who work here work as a team. It shows. This is a great walk in clinic. Thank you for your service to our community.
The front desk lady (I don't know her name) and the medical assistant Tiffany T. are very friendly and detailed. They answered our questions about overseas insurance and made detailed medical notes. However, their APP didn't work that well. I couldn't find my medical note for insurance purposes on the app even though they said they already uploaded it and asked me to contact their billing department later.
Tiffany T was so warm, welcoming and patient with me when I walked into urgent care without an appointment. She took the time to carefully learn about my situation and made sure to check on me periodically during wait for the doctor. She made the urgent care visit smooth and seamless.
First time visiting this location. The staff was very friendly. Sandy L was great! She made me feel comfortable talking about my issue that I went into the office for. The facility was very clean and well lit. Parking is a little tricky since there isn’t a lot or spaces in front. Go around back to the parking garage.
