As long-standing residents of Landmark at Glenmont Station, having called this place home for over a decade, we have developed a deep connection with the property. I pay a fortune monthly for rent and utilities. The recurring issues with the air conditioning in our apartment building since May 15, 2024, have been a cause for concern. The system intermittently turns on and off, and its cool air is not adequately chilled, resulting in our apartment temperature remaining at an uncomfortable 80 degrees. Uncomfortable and restless nights, sleep disturbance. I have contacted the management office at Landmark at Glenmont twice regarding these issues. However, the person who answered the phone did not introduce themselves and responded rudely, stating they were working on the problems. They abruptly ended the call without providing any further assistance. The searchlights behind four buildings have not been working since May 18, 2024. Despite contacting the management office, a solution has yet to be provided. This lack of response and assistance from the office staff reflects poorly on their customer service. They require training in effective communication and addressing customer concerns and complaints. With these issues persisting, we sincerely hope that the main office will take immediate action to resolve them and address the inadequate customer service provided by the management staff. Prompt attention to these matters will not only improve our living conditions but also enhance the overall reputation of Landmark at Glenmont Station. I believe management office personnel need refresher training on how to treat customers. Wasim
Metropointe-Baltimore: The office is highly unprofessional, unresponsive and LIARS. I applied for an apartment two weeks ago, And tried calling them through out the process. Kept getting told, Brittany will call back...to no avail. No returned calls. I also personally went in the office and personally provided income verification along with identifications, yet was sent a denial siting , these things were not provided, even though a week prior NICOLE also said she personally scanned my documents in the system. They also lied and said they verified rental-No one was ever called. So basically they STOLE my $25 per applicant ($50) fee only to LIE about doing their due diligence. I demand answers and a full REFUND. Oh and did I also state, that I went into the office after no calls and was told, they were working on my application-LIED in my face. I was forced to put a star in order to post this review-This is really ZERO stars.
I have lived here at what is now The Clark for 7 years. Honestly the old management wasn’t the best, but at least SUE got things done for the tenants that live here! She would answer every time we called with an issue! Once this new management took over, maintenance is horrible ! It’s impossible to get in contact with them! They care more about making changes to the outside of the building, but when it comes to the tenants that live here, they could care less. They spent all this money renovating- but can’t install a security system... ? I constantly have packages stolen, packages opened, food deliveries stolen! A car was even stolen from the back parking lot! These people have their priorities backwards. They installed a grill with a small table ( that can easily be stolen- 2 feet from the parking lot - just in time for the winter ....???) but can’t Install cameras....PEOPLE WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE WHERE THEY LIVE!! if I could give zero stars, I would! Also this building does not have a doorman or concierge, so everytime pseg comes they cannot get into the building- so pseg gives “estimated rates” which raises the bill. There are constant letters of failed inspection on the outside door - (that nobody sees because no management never comes here) we are the AIONS red headed step child. Actually maybe not because all of the AIONS reviews are horrible.
I don't know where to begin as a resident of The Parc at West Point, since the purchase last year transition is a constant factor. Maintenance, management and residents leaving like a revolving door. Management does NOT keep it's tenants informed and furthermore the person at the front desk is unfriendly and gives the impress by her demeanor that "one is bothering her". Right now 2 maintenance people and the property manager are gone for unknown reasons. I believe there to be a new property manager but again NO INFORMATION TO RESIDENTS! I am fearful to call or go to the office as I am unsure what type of attitude I will get there! I have called AION Management headquarters or at least I thought I did. Outsourced to a 3rd party! No surprise! That phone call was a waste of time on my part. I see on Linkedin they are listed as "Best in Class" really not at The Parc at West Point. The tenants and the community have deteriorated at a rapid pace since AION added this community to it's portfolio. Buyer beware!!!!! Or in this case tenant beware!!!!
Where to start... AION Management took over my development almost two years ago now. I've been a resident at my development for a long time to say the least (10 years). It's been nothing, but issues since the transition. The management in the leasing office is very unprofessional. Repeated promises of return phone calls for unanswered questions pertaining to leasing renewals and such. The maintenance has no idea of time management as well. Months of delay for a major structural maintenance issue is unacceptable as well as minor ones most times taking weeks to get repaired, but still expected to pay my monthly lease promptly. I'm sure I'm not the only one with these issues in my development. EDITED: Maintenance came and did some work on the structural issue in my home and this is suppose to be a finished work order? Mix and match walls and ceiling? Tape not removed and painted over? How’s this considered finished. At this point it can stay like this until I vacate.
I have contacted my leasing office several times, and they have been unprofessional. I have had many issues since I moved in. I was told when I called the corporate office that I would get a call on 9/18; it is now 10/11. I have called 3 times and am still waiting for a response.
So I just came from the leasing office after receiving an email from Max ( Ai email ) which I didn't know they had. For an appointment set for 12:30. When I get there I tried to enter the office and they have a lock on the door that needs a FOB ( that's new to me ) the lady asked if I had an appointment. From behind the desk I replied yes. She comes to the door and ask me what the appointment was for ( they should've known already correct? ) I told her. She went back into the office after about 8 mins returns and said I need to make an appointment with someone ( but I already have one ) I said ok. Now during that time an elderly lady that could barely stand and walk comes in. They asked her if she had an appointment she said no because nobody ever answers the phone ( which is true ) then she calls the office while the lady is talking to her and guess what nobody picked up. How can we make appointments if nobody answers the phone. I'm glad I found a new place that I go look at tomorrow. These apartments suck and the staff is horrible.
I lived at Grande at Metropark for almost 2 years that’s managed by AION management. I moved out in May. It's been over 2 months since we moved out and still haven't got the security deposit, which is $3900+. Lease said will return deposit within 30 days. I called multiple times, was never able to speak to property manager. Office said the accounting department will re-issue the check more 2 weeks ago and still didn't receive it. Worst experience ever! No one ever resolves any issues.
Do not rent here! There haven't been issues with the heat since October. Even when it's 74 outside, the heat is still on. Maintenance doesn't care about requests either. We actually have 1 of the maintenance men on speed dial or else nothing would get done. Our building sign was falling down for several months, but rather than fix it, the wait until it entirely falls down! The parking situation is terrible. Guests and vendors take our spot all the time. Rent is extremely high!
Absolutely horrible experience courtesy of Overlooks Flanders (NJ) Aion Management. I viewed and placed a deposit at Overlook in August 2022 and still have not been returned my $200 Reservation Fee. It’s now been over 6 months of stories, excuses and internal finger pointing from Overlooks Aion Management. To make a long story short, we decided against the community after multiple red flags with neighbors, trash collection and parking practices surfaced. After witnessing many of these concerns during our viewing with the Leasing Manager, we were assured these behaviors weren’t typical and Property Management would resolve these concerns immediately. Over the next few days, I drove through the community on multiple occasions and it was clear this wasn’t or would never be a priority. Fortunately for us, we were not in a desperate situation and would not need to “accept” these behaviors or management shortfalls. I did my due diligence of immediately notifying the Leasing Manager of our concerns and then ultimately of our decision to remove the reservation in a timely fashion. I was initially told it would take a few weeks for corporate to cut a check. Months have gone by and each time I reach out to Overlook Aion Management there is a new story and confusion as to why my check hasn’t been sent! I need this resolved immediately…
