AION Management

A frustrated tenant - I wish I could give ZERO star. Since the Parc at west property was taken over by AION Management, the standard of maintenance has literally gone down to the drain. You submit a ticket, they rush to close it without providing a solution. Our common laundry is in pathetic condition and not to the surprise, they closed my ticket saying they are checking with the Laundry machine company to see if the machines are defective or not. I have called, met in person but no relief so far. My laundry key also needs a replacement and every time they are giving me a wrong key which doesn't even rotate to the key hole. The staff at the leasing office front desk is so rude in responding and doesn't own any issue. I hope someone from the management takes a note of these and make sure it is in livable condition.

It has been 3 months and still no security deposit back. I have called twice; both reps have been very nice and have “updated the ticket” but nothing has happened still. My apartment was left in better condition than I moved into it with, so I expect to see a full deposit. In the contract, it’s stated you have 45 days to send me my deposit; and it’s been 80 now. My lawyer will be in touch if I don’t see this soon.

Horrible. All they care about is money. They bandaid everything instead of using your deposits/rent money to ACTUALLY fix things properly. They do everything the cheapest way possible. We basically moved in and had to deal with the filth left from previous tenants because they didn’t clean/replace anything.

Genuinely the most horrible management I’ve ever been to. Went back on there words many times or give misinformation. I should’ve checked the reviews beforehand but thank god they rejected my application anyway. Need to return $150 to applicants for giving false info. Will sue is needed soon.

I am a tenant now for several months at the Cosmopolitan and it is not worth the $1850 a month in rent. The building must be made out of old newspapers because you hear EVERYTHING! My floors in my apartment are scuffed up beyond belief. The trash room on my floor smells to high heaven. As far as amenities the gym never has cleaning wipes, which is a health code violation, the coffee machine doesn't have coffee, or cups, or both. And the sun deck has a grille with no kerosene and patio furniture without cushions!!!! Oh, and the bathroom toilets are constantly filled and overflowed...on the floors where they are located!

have lived in cherry hill towers for 14 years. I put in multiple maintenance requests since November and nobody has been to my apartment. I go to the office and they tell me that maintenance will come that day or the next and nobody has came for almost 3 months. I call same old story. My washer and dryer has been broke since December nobody has came to fix it. I have to spend money on doing laundry for something that I should have working in my apartment. I asked several times for a door key that broke they came BROKE MY DOOR and I still have no key! My lights in the kitchen are out. Its special lights they haven’t been changed. My sink is clogged that hasn’t been fixed since November 2024.They keep canceling my maintenance request and saying they are fixed but they haven’t been fixed. I called Aion management for CHT they gave me a number that doesn’t work and said Google it it’s the only number they have. What?!

EDIT: I called the number provided and they hung up on me. I've lived in Overlook in Flanders for about 9 years now. I will say that this is the worst place I've ever lived, ever. The only reason why I stayed so long is because moving is EXPENSIVE. Aion Management is horrible, and the people that work in the leasing offices are horrible, and the worst of them is a woman by the name of Lori in the maintenance department. She comes to my unit unannounced and just walks in while repeatedly being told no because we have a sick person in here. She then berates me on "how to speak with people" when she was told she wasn't allowed in. This incident (along with many others that are documented) is why I'm breaking my lease early and leaving. And now I need to contact a lawyer and my local news outlet so I can sue these people, while also warning the public about this horrible complex. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. There is a reason they only have 1 star reviews.

Had a gas leak in my mother’s unit. They told her it was an epoxy smell from refinishing a tub. I’ve been in construction for 40 years and know what epoxy smells like. The complaint was met with a technician who said that it’s not a leak a month later another technician came in and said that in fact there was a leak and fixed it with an old range hose. I just moved my mother out because lack of giving a crap about renters or the safety of the community. The only thing that matters to them is that the rent be paid on time. They are in breach of habitability for a multitude of reasons they are a disgrace and the building is a disaster. I hope people who are thinking of renting from them read this and change their minds and go somewhere else. The Wellington apartments are a dump from a construction standpoint and definitely not worth the money.

AION Management has been extremely unprofessional in handling my security deposit after moving out of Parc at West Point. It’s been almost 2 months, and I’ve received no refund, no explanation, and no response to my multiple emails and calls. Throughout my time at the property, there were persistent maintenance delays, and management was slow to respond to even basic requests. Communication was poor, and now they’re withholding my deposit with zero accountability. This isn’t just frustrating — it feels dishonest. Avoid Parc at West Point and any property managed by AION. If this is how they treat tenants after lease-end, imagine how they’ll treat you while you live there.

Worse experience. The communication sucks not only that it took a month and a half to have the locks on my door changed. Then they hit you with these ridiculous fees on top of the high rent. I’ve never in my 33years heard of paying legal fees when you pay rent late. $375 in legal fees is ridiculous just because you pay rent late even after communicating with them about late payments. Safe to say I won’t be renewing my lease when it ends.
