Good deal and nice staffers.. I just don't like how you pick up and drop off the vehicle
I had a great experience with Avis 335A S Federal. I have rented from them numrous times. My car is always clean and ready to go. I never had a malfunction of any part within the car. I like that the staff has safety as a key feature for travelers. The team of Yessenia's is courteous and truly dedicated to the customer.
Yesenia and Juana are so helpful! I always book here for work related travel and they are super accommodating.they have a wide fleet of cars so a last minute upgrade for more space is usually no problem.
The customer service was pretty good. I don't know if I just got a different reaction than everyone else did based on my approach. There was a problem with my rental/rental agreement. I was given 2 options on how to proceed and I chose the most convenient one for me as well as the representative. He was cool about it and we parted on good terms. When I returned the car I verified with a different representative that the original problem had been correctly resolved and it had. I also had another issue to address and she was more than willing to help me out. The location was a little strange for me, being from a small town. I was unaccustomed to renting a car from a business and having to go find the car somewhere else. Where I usually rent from will bring the car up the the front of the building and do a walk around with you and point out previous damage of any other possible issues before allowing you to sign the agreements. Upon return I usually am able to again walk around with the rep and let them verify that it was returned in proper order. The car I was given was very stripped down. Most rental places have a mid tier option package at the least. The car I was given had a weird mix of options. I have not owned a car in the past 20 years that did not have Auto headlights. This one had auto dimming high beams, but no auto on/off headlights. It also had no remote start, no heated seats, no SXM, old school climate sliders and no GPS. I was surprised however to find that it supported wireless apple car play.

Friendly staff member, very clean newish car, we arrived early but they had us on the way within 30 mins. Very easy access to freeway from this location. Doesn’t get any easier than this for car rental.
I rent here regularly and always have a fantastic experience with this Avis location! The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Yesenia, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is incredibly attentive, patient, and makes the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a disaster. I rent cars all the time. Girl at the counter couldn't find our prepaid reservation, then told us we had to have a different card on file, then told us we had to make a new reservation at $100 over what we paid when we first reserved, then bumbled around for 20 more minutes making a completely new reservation. All the while arguing with us, "as I said before," "unfortunately." What a joke. Take an Uber to the airport and find someone who can actually help you.
