He kept my best interests at heart and shaved invaluable tips and made the experience a very friendly, smooth, and enjoyable one. I will happily visit this location anytime I’m in Chicago. Fantastic customer service! Easy to access the office, and easy to get the vehicle.
I regularly rent cars at least once every month from this location. The staff is very professional and friendly. They always get a clean and neat car ready for me on time. One day I mistakenly reserved a car with a wrong store, but the lady helped me finding an available one quickly with a good price. The rental process is very fast and easy. Sometimes I returned the car out of its open time, I just parked the car in its garage and dropped the key in the key box. I love this self return service very much!

Great service and people who are really there to help I was late to work and made a mistake when I signed up and had two account with my card on the one not active not only did Juana get into my account that’s not active she also added my card from the other account which saved me a lot of time and I still made it to work
I went to this location this morning to swap the rental car that I had mechanical issue with. I was told by CS on the phone that this location has vehicles available. Front desk lady is working super slow and told me to have a seat and she will find something. After a long long wait she told me she only has one EV car. She could’ve told me at the first place. I accepted bc I had my kid with me so safety is the priority. After I moved the vehicle to garage and took my personal belongings out, she told me they will charge $10/gal !!!! She could’ve be upfront everything before I did all that. So ended up not taking the EV to not get charged that outrageous amount. As a customer I lost so much time during this trip and I didn’t get my stuff done due to the vehicle issue. Nobody wants to help, CS phone line and the location are blaming each other, and not taking accountability. I am so disappointed. The vehicle that I had issue wasn’t even from the city and the location doesn’t acknowledge of the issues that they have. What a waste of my time and energy.

I've been renting cars here for literally years and have always had a great experience. Yesenia specifically has gone above and beyond to make sure not just I but everyone I've witnessed here gets the best service. Sometimes, corporate overbooks them and doesn't let them turn off the reservation availability, but instead of just letting customers come in for no cars, they call everyone in the days leading up to let them know if they have cars or not so they can make alternative plans. I haven't experienced that at other locations and it's personally saved me a number of times. Highly recommend this location if you have a choice. They've made me a loyal customer.
