It is not quite your traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It is a fusion with Western taste. Something different; however, the food still taste good. The menu itself is quite confusing making it difficult to find what you want. The ambiance is good and it draws many people in.
Good Thai food in the area with super friendly service. The lobster noodles is rather a fusion dish, I think it is somehow similar to a Thai sauce spaghetti but delicious. The Singapore noodles mung bean middles (glass noodles) is better in my opinion. Still, a recommended restaurant in the area!
Upscale Vietnamese with candles and nice decor. Some of my friends hate this place because they feel it isn't authentic Vietnamese, but I believe the head chef is, and either way the food is pretty good. Wings are $6 for10 on Tuesdays with a fish-sauce caramel option and a jalapeno option. This location is less crowded than the other one and we were seated and served in good time. Overall it cost us $40 for 3 appetizer dishes.

Amazing Asian fusion place! Came here during late night happy hour, the food was so delicious & the service was great. Highly recommend the pork belly skewers.... The best thing ever! The HH prices are on the high end though. We didn't feel the supposedly cheaper price.
This place is horrible — food is not great + portions are way too small. You will leave hungry here. There are so many better Vietnamese options in Seattle.

Great Pho with a modern twist. Quick service, great staff. Great authentic Vietnamese flavours. Their iced coffee was super delicious. Reasonably priced meals at around $8 and up. The decor is modern and stylish, not your average Pho joint. If you are looking for high quality Pho with a great atmosphere, then this place should definitely be on your list. They even have happy hour!
Stopped by Ba Bar SLU today for lunch with my wife and my son. We ordered Mi Vit Tiem (Braised Duck) for me, Singapore bean threads for my son, and Grilled chiken vermicelli for my wife. Everything was perfect today! I asked for opinions from my son and my wife, we all agreed that food at Ba Bar SLU is the best among all Ba Bar locations around Seattle. That's not to say other Ba Bar locations are not good. They are all great too, but according to us, Ba Bar SLU is the best. BTW, my wife said, if you go there, ask for Christine, she is awesome :).
Great food! The vermicelli noodles are delicious. I got the combo meat option. Their lemongrass soda is also worth trying.
